Everything was absolutely fabulous. the pool, the restaurant, the food the staff working at pool....
Fantastic place for honeymoon. We highly recommend this hotel and if it was cheaper we would definitely come every year.
The cleaning lady was extremely rude. She was mad all the time like we did something wrong to her. Every morning we said hello or good morning to her but she was not answering. Once I asked her nicely if I can have a bath robe because mine was wet and she hadn't changed them, she was behaving like I asked her something difficult and beyond her tasks. She did it finally reluctantly while she was shaking her head.....

It is peace of art in the middle of Alps mountains, I have enjoyed the hotel facilities, food and location. All together will boost your energy!

nowa strefa spa, która jest wykorzystywana jako wizytówka hotelu i bardzo mocno komunikowana, co może przysłaniać w jakim stanie jest sam hotel. Stary, nieremontowany od lat, absolutnie nie powinien być hotelem 5 gwiazdkowym.
hotel jest stary i nie mam nic wspólnego z hotelem 5 gwiazdkowym, co czyni stosunek ceny do jakości w kosmicznej rozbieżności. taka cena nie jest warta za dostęp do ładnego spa, ale nadal tylko spa, wyposażenie jak w każdym innym hotelu. za taką cenę za noc w pobliżu w Austrii jest znacznie więcej ciekawych obiektów pod każdym względem, piękne pokoje, spa, świetne restauracje.
