Excellent location, just a very short walk from Gare de l’Est and also the Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord. Wide selection of shops and cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

Location and the clean room.
Lift, too small and only 3 can fit. Walls between the rooms are not acoustic, you can literally hear the conversation from the adjacent room.

It was generally comfortable.
The rooms and bathrooms were a bit poky but this was to be expected in Paris. There was only one big towel for a double room and 2 towels for a triple room, which was a bit bizarre.
