Ubytování a degustační večeře,milý a strašně ochotný personál.
Slabé snídaně u tohoto typu ubytování a ceny+zbytečně přemrštěné ceny kávy a nápojů viz flat white za 180+10% automatičjý servis charge.Na snídaně si v recenzích stěžují docela často a oprávněně,jsou dělány nízkonákladově a za vše ostatní,co je jinde u těchto typů hotelů v ceně se zde musí připlácet,což je špatně..samozřejmě se tam dá losos nakrájený na co nejmenčí kousky a k tomu levný kaviár,aby se tím dalo pak argumentovat,.ale u takové cenovky,by měla být v ceně zahrnuta i omeleta,palačinky atd...stejně jako máte v ceně jen 1 kávu +pak už jen překapávané kafe...a né si za to účtovat extra..Jeden upečený koláč je dost málo...
Působí to dojmem,dát hostům jen to zákládní a pěkně to roztáhnout,ať to ňák vypadá a pak je už jen dřít a vydělávat na příplatcích...čož je škoda...

Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Refugium. So liebevoll im Interieur und und genau so aufmerksam, höflich und freundlich das gesamte Personal. Das Frühstück excellent und die Restaurantbesuche am Abend hervorragend.
Vielleicht kann man die Musik zum Frühstück und im Restaurant noch ein wenig anpassen.
Am Wellnessort/ Spa war sie perfekt! ;-)

Tolle Atmosphäre im Schloss und im Park.
Alle Zusatzkosten zu teuer! Unverhältnismäßig teuer. Servicegebühr beim Essen- unmöglich eigene Entscheidung zu treffen,in welcher Höhe man Personal bezahlen möchte.
