About this house rental
Situated in Pacific Grove, this attractive house for $221 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Live the good life in this remodeled beachouse just a few blocks from the ocean. From the sun-filled living room to the spacious family room, there’s plenty of space for everyone in this two story home. The living and dining areas are open to a sleek kitchen with a pass-through to the large family room (with a fireplace and large flat screen TV). But there’s more: a fenced backyard and patio with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, and a small front porch that's perfect for sipping your morning coffee—or gazing at the city lights and the boats on the Bay at night. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one with a Queen and one with Twins) and a full bath with shower. The Master (with a peak of the ocean and a King bed) and another guest room with Twin beds upstairs share a bath with a tub and separate shower. All bathrooms have heated floors. You’re just a ten minute walk to Caledonia Park and downtown Pacific Grove, “America’s Last Hometown:" restaurants, cafes, boutiques, galleries, a museum, a library, movie theater and a weekly Farmer’s Market. The Pacific Grove Golf Links are practically in your backyard, the Butterfly Sanctuary is less than a mile away, and you can drive to Asilomar Beach, the Monterey Aquarium, Carmel, or Pebble Beach in minutes.

Good. The house to want to visit again

Trip of a Lifetime!
The house exceed expectations. I was very nervous renting a home - I had not rented a house before. The process was easy and quick. All my questions were answered quickly while I was booking.
We arrived around 7 PM out first night and instantly was relaxed. The house is stocked with all necessities - the description is accurate.
All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The house has a great vibe - we cooked and chilled out at night after days of exciting adventures. I traveled with my husband, kids, and mom. There was enough room for 6 of us to have our own space - you could easily accommodate 8 without getting in each other's hair. No one wanted to leave at end of the trip. The location is amazing and we walked to the beach every morning! So many amazing memories were made the week we stayed. Pacific Grove is a gem- you can't be the location. All the charm and none of the tourists traps.
We can't wait to stay again!

We did turn on the provided space heaters in the back room as it would tend to get chilly in there. The closets had so many nice extra blankets and we especially loved making use of those. That was a really great touch. The kitchen was great and very updated and nice. I would recommend they get a new set of frying pans (and another medium or large size) and some cooking tongs would be really helpful as well as a veggie steamer insert for the pots. I would also recommend getting a better vacuum cleaner as I wanted to clean up the sand my kids tracked in but the one in the garage didn’t work - or work well at all. We used brooms which did fine except on the little area rugs. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Michelle, the property manager, was very responsive and very gracious and they have a 24 maintenance line should you need help with anything in the house. I highly recommend this rental!

Great location for a base for our Big Sur vacation. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house since we were out seeing the beautiful coastline, but everything was comfortable while we were there. The home is exactly as advertised. Very spacious main living areas.

Came into town for a destination wedding... 3 families shared this space and were all very pleased. The property was clean and offered plenty of room for the group. The rental office personnel was lovely and Inwould recommend this property.

It was all great!
We stayed here recently with another family on our first trip to California. There were six of us total, 4 adults and two teenagers. The house was perfect for us all! Plenty of space between all the bedrooms, the good sized kitchen and especially the large back room. It’s also very clean and very nicely decorated. The location was terrific - a block or two walk and you’re at the water where there’s a nice walking / jogging path with beautiful views. It’s in a very nice residential area but just minutes away from the aquarium and shopping. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay for family reunion
My cousins and I were in Monterey for a mini family reunion. Our parents grew up in Monterey / Salinas and this house was a perfect place to toast their memory! The outside of the house is deceptive - it is much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside. All the rooms were clean, cool and spacious. We loved cooking in the shiny kitchen (big enough that all of us could prepare the meal without bumping into each other); and enjoying the meal at the nice dining table. And it was only a block to the beach. Yes, "it's all good!" and hopefully we'll be back soon!

Great home!
Two things that need to be addressed. The downstairs bathroom sink did not drain well so you had to have the water on low so it would drain. The water heater was not hot enough for showers and when we called maintenance they told us the owner turns it down after renters leave. We turned it up and had no more issues. We drew for bedrooms and we got the twin beds. We picked the downstairs twins, one bed was fine but the other bed was too hard. The other beds; king and queen were not to comfortable I was told. Owner may want to buy new beds. Now for the good! We all loved the home and were able to visit in the large family room to the rear of the house. We could see the ocean from some of the rooms. The home was well supplied with the items listed on the site. We walked to the beach several times and walked tails along the ocean. We were able to get down to the beach in some areas. Overall we loved the home and will rent again.

Nice house in a great location.
This property was nicely remodeled on the inside & very comfortable for our group of 8 people. It was clean & bright, and bigger than expected. The location was fantastic, easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I could ding the property on was that the mattresses weren't super comfortable. That said I would stay here again.

It's All Good - Well, Maybe Not All
The property referred to as "It's All Good" is "somewhat good" Certainly, the remodeling that has been done inside has been well done and with quality fixtures. The one exception is the bathtub in the downstairs bathroom which should have been replaced with a stall shower. Instead, there is a myriad of shower curtains that have to be dealt with. Also, this property really could use a half or full bath and a laundry room on the first floor, perhaps in the large back room (family room?) where there is already a plumbing hook-up protruding through the wall (nice touch). Currently, there is a washer-dryer (very old) in the garage that is otherwise full of JUNK, spider webs, and other such detritus. We refused to go in there or use it. And, forget about any outside space. The backyard is a complete mess consisting of weeds, dirt, and an old wooden deck with decrepit table and chairs. OK, I am from New Jersey where every summer house has A/C. I can see why you do not need A/C in Pacific Grove but, could you provide some screens on the windows so we could open them without inviting flies and moths into the house? Also, maybe find another location for the outside garbage cans other than directly under the downstairs bedroom windows? When we arrived, the carbon monoxide detector was disconnected and it took me making multiple phone calls to get someone to come over and replace the batteries. Also, a CO detector is supposed to be placed 5 feet above the floor. This one is mounted near the ceiling. All in all, we would not rent this house again.

Very pleasant stay in Pacofic Grove
The house is very large and conveniently located just several minutes from the ocean in a nice neighborhood - we liked our afternoon walks a lot! It was a bit cold when we stayed there and the only downside was the lack of central heating in one of the rooms upstairs where our kids slept - there was a heater in the closet there so it wasn't a big deal, but we only realized that there was no heating there late at night when we went to the room to check on the kids and it was super cold in there). Overall a very pleasant stay.

It's All Good is Great!
Our 2 week stay at “It’s All Good” in Pacific Grove was wonderful. The home is spacious and the owners thought of everything (towels, dishes, utensils etc.) There were 3 other couples staying with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and the family room was a spacious place to gather. The ocean is only three short blocks away and we walked there every day. We all agreed that “It’s All Good” is a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

"It's All Good" is better than good!
