The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel has excellent facilities, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Yeah. And the views were beautiful. The hotel feels cared for, from the common areas to the small details in the room. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing.

Clean rooms, attentive service, excellent breakfast, and a great location. The pool and sauna were a highlight.
The pool got crowded that evening, with people jumping and splashing rather than swimming calmly.

Property is very well placed. From the hotel to the slopes you walk for around 10 minutes. The hotel provides you with a space to store your ski/board at the hotel entrance. Rooms were comfortable and staff was very nice. We also had parking in front of the hotel. With regards to breakfast I would definitely recommend it. Food was very good.
There aren’t any big dislikes. Check in was a bit late, at 16.00 in the afternoon and check out was at 12.

shower too small and had issues. The handle would fly up making the whole bathroom wet.
the facilities can use some renovation and cleaning.
