The view was nice. The pool really great and the breakfast was good.
The room was a bit pricey for what it offered. The shower was stained, even though i looked clean on the surface. The Smart Tv was not so smart, we could install Hbo to connect to our account, unfortunately it only has the possibility of Netflix

It's a lovely location in the mountains. We visited in June and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the games room but they were nothing special.
It really wasn't a 4 * hotel experience. It was perfectly adequate, but not that great. The bedroom wasn't much better than a Premier Inn in the UK. Only one pillow each. The room wasn't made up overnight, except to empty the bin. We didn't even get clean cups. Lots of little things are not quite up to scratch, such as no plug in the basin, soap dispensers squirting soap at you, carpet old and unattractive looking, juice at breakfast basically squash. I guess it's about expectations.
