Perfectly situated to access Gosford and the central coast.

Lovely setting, close to Highway

great place value for money and will stay there again

this place was easy to find the staff where great the was the right size and the cost was also correct you are close to all facilities shops across the road short drive to the race track and beaches are within a short drive.

the mattress could have been softer as its was to firm

Room cleaned, changed or refilled daily staff so friendly

The staff were so helpful and knew the area well, the grounds were beautifully maintained they had a large pond with koi and they also had large coloured lizards which were quite a sight.

The rain! But nothing could have stopped that on night 1. Haha

It was a good stay apart from the bed bugs issue. Please make sure to keep the rooms clean

There were bed bugs in our room and 2 of us got bite marks and rashes because of it

Impressive, easy check in, nice grounds...the above pool incident let it down. Facilities were good.

The question here was, how did you like the breakfast Breakfast? This wasn't an option, considering it said on booking that the restaurant wasn't open till further notice! Everything else on offer was ok though.

On the Saturday night a noisy group of what sounded like young people were in the pool abd spa which happened to be just below the patio and room we were staying at. Closing tine for the pool is 7, right? This was well beyond seven, and they were "allowed" to stay there 4 hours later! Sunday night we went to go to the spa, much earlier than the crowd on Saturday would have been in there, and the damn pool area was locked up! How is this fair?????? We are going to try to squeeze in the spa before check out time 10am tomorrow morning. We should have reported that crowd in the after hours time in the pool, whilst we had a chance, then maybe after hours would have been available to us too!

Nice place, quiet, central location.

Great ambience with the internal garden and pool. No train noise, despite its proximity to the main sydney newcastle rail line. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean

Paid breakfast was a disappointment. Cafe is not on site. The selection was small, and underwhelming for the price. I would not pay for breakfast again

We enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. Management was very helpful. It was within walking distance of lots of food options.

The pool was a little dirty.

Motel style accommodation masquerading as an up market hotel.

It is in a good location for us as we use it to visit friends living in Wyoming. The rooms are motel style, but adequately furnished, equipped and clean.

The hotel has no restaurant. They have an arrangement with a nearby cafe to provide breakfast for those who book on a B&B basis. The breakfast at the cafe is very nice, but is a 10.minute walk away. There was a loud party while we were there and a large family group took over the pool area.

Location is perfect, surrounded my a variety of super markets and food options! Our room was right in front of the pool and easy access. Property is well maintained and clean.

Location and cleanliness n comfortable. Would stay again and recommend if price right.

Location and price at time. I tried to book another weekend and the price was sky high so looked elsewhere.

The bathroom was little dated and vent had loud rattle to it and air con heat was poor.

Super friendly and professional staff

The staff are soooo friendly and nice. I have stayed here on 4 previous holidays (and when it was called different names, ie, under different management) and this staff are the best and nicest. Will definitely stay again.

There were noisy guests nearby - but that is on them as rude people, can’t really blame the hotel for this.

Quick and easy - let down by TV not working

Room was very clean and the check in process couldn't have been easier. Excellent communication from admin prior to arrival.

TV didn't work. For $140 a night on a Sunday night I would have expected something as simple as the TV to work. I called reception and they didn't seem to care - they just said the Foxtel had been disconnected. This didn't worry me but if you are a light sleeper be aware some of the rooms are located very close to the train line.

Rooms were a good size, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Good location for what we needed it for.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great value for money.

Pool and pool area needed to be cleaner. A little tlc requires for the gardens.

Nice size room, Arnott's biscuits not some no name brand! Our room included breakfast which offered eggs and bacon in addition to the continental style offerings.

A little awkward getting in and out as entry is directly off Pacific Highway and you have to keep a careful eye out. A set of lights at the entry way means you can exit when you leave but you may have to double back depending on where you want to go. Not really an issue just something to watch out for.

Definite worth a stay prior going for a further drive if on the way up the east coast.

Newly renovated room and great amenities in the room Good Wifi Access to the highway Breakfast was definitely a winner Comfortable bed

There was an odour coming out from the bathroom floor drain
