Just back from a brilliant ten days here, amazing views, property is very well equipped with everything you need, and has a great communal pool (that we had to ourselves most of the time) property is only a 5 min walk to restaurants shops etc, I will definitely book again when in luz

We stayed here with our two kids (4yo and 6 month old) for 2 weeks and had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious both indoor and outdoors. There’s plenty of space to hang out with views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the house. We had some issues with the air conditioner system one night but it wasn’t really required since the ocean breeZe was sufficient. The location was perfect in Luz. It’s a short walk away to the center/restaurants/beach. Yet far enough that it was away from the noise. The pool was ideal since it was directly overlooking the ocean. Pool chairs would have been nice to have but otherwise it was relaxing. We’ll def be back for longer stay here in Luz with our family.

We have just returned from eight days at this property in Luz. Firstly and probably foremost is its location. As the pictures show the property is directly opposite the sea with wonderful views over Luz bay and beyond. There is a coastal path in both directions towards Lagos and Burgau. The town centre and restaurants are only a couple of hundred metres away and easily reached on foot. There is also a lovely beach in Luz. All of Luz is easily walkable with 2 supermarkets in the town. There is a nice patio at the front with awning over. So the location of the property is ideal. Close to town for great convenience but also away from any noise. The front garden is a lovely place to sit. There is little to no traffic going by. At night you can here the crashing of the waves on the rocky shoreline. The is also new Weber gas barbecue on the rear patio and a coffee machine in the kitchen which takes Nespresso capsules. Overall the house is in good condition with all you could need. The is a smart tv which links with Apple and Android machines. The WiFi internet is incredibly fast. I’m not sure if there is a limit on downloads as we didn’t use it to stream films. The beds are comfortable , the main bed is a little small for our taste being a queen size. The singles are a little firmer. All mattresses seem reasonable quality and more comfortable than many others in Portugal. Praia de Luz is generally quiet and laid back and ideal for young families. It’s is not a vibrant resort like some other places on the Algarve. It’s an hour from Faro airport. In my opinion a car is essential so that you can explore around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return. Also we enjoyed lovely views of the moon at night.

Pleasantly surprised with the villa, the location and view is excellent, could have been a bit cleaner , maybe we are too fussy , enjoyed the stay , everything catered for , Only issue was a faulty main bed light Would stay again

Property fabulous location and well located close to town centre, local managers friendly and responsive. Weather variable but no problems for golf. Hope to be back again soon.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. The view is spectacular, the house itself big, nicely furnished and well equiped. It was quiet, we didn't hear the neigbours. The terrace invites spending whole days in the winter sun. Jane was very friendly and welcoming, the checkin was perfect (thanks for meeting us on Christmas Eve!). Thank you for everything!

Fantastic spacious, well equipped villa in a wonderful location. Watching the sun rise from the main bedroom each morning was a great start to each day. The villa is an flat, easy 5 mins stroll in to Luz and it’s abundance of restaurants. We were also blessed with sunny warm weather and had plenty of opportunity to relax in the garden with its glorious sea views. A perfect 2 week break.

The house overlooking the ocean is fabulous, the wide open area great for dining, sleeping with the ocean waves sound is lovely.

My family and I have felt at home in this beautiful house. It is very well located within the town. There is enough space for everyone, the view is breathtaking and the area is quiet. We love this house, we will be back!

Villa was beautiful spacious. To come down in the morning and see those amazing views was just breathtaking. Location was amazing . A downside to us: The BBQ is a gas BBQ and used by the previous tenant as an ashtray with more than 50 cigarette butts still in it

We met Jane, one of the property managers on arrival and she was extremely friendly and helpful and was always available during our stay for any questions about the property. The Villa is more spacious than it looks from the photos. It was extremely clean. The air con and WiFi worked well. No complaints about the beds. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped but could perhaps do with some extra glasses. There were 4 of us and not 4 matching glasses. If there were 6 people you might struggle. Lovely terrace for dining alfresco. Great to have a bbq too. Parking space underneath the villa was perfect and very secure. Lovely quiet location with amazing views of the sunrise. 10 min walk to restaurants and supermarket.

Loved our stay in Luz - house overlooking the sea with stunning sunrises. Warmly welcomed by Jane on arrival. Ideally located for walking or driving around to explore the rest of the Algarve. Property well equipped, couldn't have asked for better.

Tranquil setting and just a short walk to restaurants and the beach., perfect for any holiday! Useful underground double garage with direct access to the villa.

Really enjoyed our stay ,the only thing that would be nice is sun loungers to use at pool .Appartment was Very homely and all helpful kitchen utensils were there to use .Thanks again Jane for your welcome .

Family of 4 adults - we had a fabulous holiday - this villa is stunning - very spacious, very well equipped and the views were spectacular, Close to all bars and restaurants without being too close, Only a couple of points which could be improved - the beds in the 2 twin rooms were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable and the privacy of the garden could be improved with a higher hedge/fence as all the other 5 villas could see into the garden. Still give this villa 5 stars and would highly recommend and would love to return,

Beautiful property, stunning views with a great location to walk into Praia Da Luz

Sitting in the garden looking over to the sea what can be more relaxing. The villa is very beautiful and has everything you will ever need to have the most fantastic holiday

Awesome view. Large villa. very clean. Well equipped. Small pool but not heated. Walking distance to the beach and many good restaurants. Nice hike along the cliffs starts outside your door. We loved the experience and will be back! The water failed to the area the day we left and the day before we arrived our booked unit had an electrical issue. While this could have been a vacation disaster it showed how great the owner and property manager are. they worked together to move us to an adjacent unit before we even arrived so it really didn't affect us. We'd really like to see a heated pool or jacquizi for the cooler seasons and would give a 5th star for that. Many thanks to Liz and Jane for looking after us so well!

Lovely stay in perfect location. Leave the windows open and drift off to sleep with the sound of the ocean. Bliss. Villa had everything we needed for a family of 6 adults. Thank you for the drawers full of books - we got through quite a few between us. Not to old for Jenga either. Would thoroughly recommend 👍

South facing garden and patio area means all day sun with the sound of the sea just a few meters away. If that’s not enough, there’s a lovely pool too. Underground parking is very convenient with direct access to the villa. Location is very good access to the beach in Praia da Luz and all local amenities. Wonderful location, will definitely be back.
