The hotel is well located and very clean. Shower is hot and with good water pressure. Breakfast is good, although officially saying served at 7am, actually ready at 6:30, which is great for those need to catch early bus.
When we were there, the road in front is in construction.

Everything - the location (safe neighborhood, near lot of restaurants and cafes), the staff were very nice and willing to help (they agreed twice to store our luggage for several days while we were away), the place itself is charming.
