DONT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. BETTER TO GO TO RAMADA IF BEACH IS PRIORITY.

Beach front resort is good only during SUMMER. It is better to stay close to Nizami street.

The staff were not welcoming.. were mostly on rude end.. It was a 4 star facility but the room heater was bearly functional and one of the room had moist smell. The room freshners were just an hanging accessory.

Very good

The view was amazing, and the staff was very nice.

The food from the restaurants on the hotel’s territory had no taste. I have been poisoned the last day. I believe it somehow connected to the hotel’s restaurant food quality.

Below Expectations

- Access to the beach - The sea view suite - House keeping staff outstanding and so professional. - Short distance from Baku. - Rashad in the restaurant super nice and professional.

- The two ladies serving breakfast in the caffe not professional at all. - The swimming pool guy add Chemicals in the pool before my kids get out. -Breakfast has Insects flying around and hair in the food. - The DJ lady asked us to pay money to play Arabic songs. - The front desk staff so formal, they should be more friendly. - Some of the room facilities are in a very bad conditions. - You need to carry money with you all the time because, if you ask for any help the staff will ask you to pay them for doing that. - They don't care about customers satisfaction.

Disappointing

Beach front, but almost no one are staying there!

Old building, room door doesn't locked from outside! Safe box doesn't work and movable! Most of the restaurant menu food order are not available! most of the facilities are out of service such as the swimming pool which was closed! Far away from city center!

I wouldn't return again, just because of the beach. Rest is fine.

We went on a rainy day and that also played a big role when it came to staying in a resort. However, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter Elvin was superb during our first-night stay. He went above and beyond expectations and deserves major kudos. He's one of the main reasons our stay went well. The prices were really acceptable and the food was delicious. Our room was facing the Caspian Sea and that's another thing that we really enjoyed, especially in the Morning. There was live music in the restaurant area which is also a bonus.

When you go to a resort you expect to be swimming in the sea if there is one. That's what I did but it was the worst sea experience ever. I came out of the water and some parts of my body were covered in oil. Even after the shower I still could sense the smell of the petrol. I know it's common in Baku since there are many oil rigs, but the water should be cleaned next to the resort, at least the coast. We had our baby stroller with us and riding near the coast resulted in our wheels covering in oily sandy stains that were impossible to clean. When I asked if it's fine to swim in the sea at reception, the answer was "Yes, unless you mind the weather". You should not recommend swimming to anybody in such conditions. The room itself was very pleasant, however, the bathroom wasn't that nice. It was smelling weird, also the hot water coming out from the tap was slightly yellowish at the beginning. Amenity kits were very poor. Only shower gel and shampoo and soap which weren't that great. For the value we paid, we were expecting something better. The pool was closed already at 6 pm which was also the downside.

Looks ok from the outside, terrible on the inside. Smell of stale smoke everywhere and mould in the bathroom.

It was totally not what was mentioned on the website, all was old and needed maintenance. Pool was really dirty. Rooms were old and bathroom was dirty and items were rusty.

Waste of money and waste of days for staying here

So many worms alive in the Swimming Pool, dirty water of the swimming pool, no hot water supply in washrooms

Exceptionally wonderful! The most generous and helpful staff and the happiest affordable hotel.

The breakfast is buffet style (huge variety) and the wonderful chef made sure we were happy and satisfied! She even gave us fruit in the swimming area after breakfast hours. Upon our arrival we asked if we could get a room upgrade and we were surprised we got better than what we were hoping for. About the beach – exceeded expectations: I struggled to figure out the situation of their private beach on the website, but once I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see a nice, clean and swimmable private beach area with umbrellas, chairs and showers. Our stay felt like being surrounded by a local, caring family rather than a hotel! They went above and beyond to satisfy all of our requests, they even gave us a power strip so we could charge all of our things.

The gym/fitness centre needs some more work but it’s usable.

Relax and Enjoy the view of Caspian Sea at the Aysberq Resort

Sea side location . The room (R-211) we stayed was spacious and also got plenty of natural light. Bed was very comfy. Wifi signal was strong. Though breakfast items was not in much varieties , it was okay. All the staff in Front office and in the Breakfast hall were very attentive and helpful to their guest. The lady (ILHAME) in the breakfast kitchen was very well behaved though she can not speak English. When she understood that we are vegetarian she prepared a veg dish for us and personally came to our table to serve us. That should be the staff in hospitality service. Also Yousef in the breakfast hall is a good staff. The Restaurant of the hotel located just beside the Caspian Sea. Plenty of Space to sit in the restaurant and enjoy the food and the nice view of the Sea. Airport transfer driver and the car was perfect.

The restaurant staff can not speak or understand English. So it was very difficult to place the order and communicate with them. Also very few Vegetarian items available in the restaurant. Also in the breakfast hall staff can not speak or understand English. Though this language problem not only in this hotel, almost everywhere in Azerbaijan people don't understand English.

nothing, yet it was acceptable

I didn't like the restaurant (the seaside restaurant inside the hotel area). the waiter was rude, even they tried to scam us by telling us to deposit the money 70$ if we wanted to eat there. we left the restaurant and ordered the food in that restaurant but from the hotel room, unfrankly one of our food ordered has finished, so the receptionist asked if we wanted to change mushroom sup with tomato sup, I said no, but when the food came, the restaurant kept delivered the tomato sup also the waiter charged us money higher then we expected, he said it was for service charge yet he didn't bring the bill. we complained to the hotel, then the restaurant waiter went back to the restaurant to brought the bill. and trataaa...the cost printed on the bill was the expense that we expected even already included the service charge. if I could give "0 star to that restaurant I will" soo I have to tell this,, becarefull all foreigner!
