Situated in Bethany Beach, this attractive house for $380 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our pristine two story beach house is located on Fairway Drive in the town of Bethany Beach. It's just four blocks from the ocean and a very easy walk or bike ride into Bethany. The house is located on the eastern most street of Bethany West, so you have access to community pools and tennis courts. (A beautiful lap pool and tennis courts are located just steps from our house.) Our street is quiet, beachy, and safe for children riding bikes, and our yard is sunny and grassy. The library and Catholic Church are right up the block, and the Bethany town trolley stops every 30 minutes on our corner. It is great for transporting little kids and beach gear. The house is a charming, two-story 'salt box' with two bedrooms downstairs and two huge bedrooms upstairs. Large full baths are on each floor. The downstairs bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and cable TV. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs, you can sleep vacationers in all sorts of combinations, as one bedroom has two queen beds, a twin bed and TV, and the other bedroom has four twin beds. The kitchen is bright and modern, the living room is full of charming comfortable furniture and has cable TV, and the sun porch off of the kitchen has a huge dining room table that seats twelve easily for big family dinners. Along side is a child's table that seats four little ones and there is a high chair. The entire house is freshly painted in light summer colors. We have two-zone central air and a convenient laundry room. Outside, there are two decks with nice seating areas and a fabulous private outdoor shower (open to the sky) which everyone loves! After trying to coordinate a family vacation for several years we finally made it happen. Our stay at Bethany Beach was wonderful! House was perfect for us. Plenty of room, large kitchen, screened porch that accommodated all of us for meals. Large living room with plenty of seating. The parking pass allowed us to drive our beach gear and our youngest family members while the rest of us walked the mile or so to the beach--great for relieving the guilt of the various treats we consumed along the boardwalk. Overall, the best first family vacation we could have expected.

Great place to stay while visiting Bethany beach. The house was perfect…toys for the little ones, great outdoor shower, comfortable and room enough for everyone! Short walk to the beach or easy access for the trolley ride. Would highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway!

The owners were great to communicate with - organized and efficient but also laid back and hands-off (in a good way). As a result the check and and check out process was a breeze with no stress (and without the typical laundry list of things you are asked to do when checking out of a home that can be exhausting). The property was as pictured and the community amenities were great and also very easy to locate and stress free to get a daily or weekly pass. We had 2 "preteens" and when we were not at the beach they were able to walk or ride bikes and to the amenities and actually occupied themselves and left us alone! The parking pass and trolley stop right outside the house were wonderful bonuses. One small thing but we left a few things there and the owners found them and mailed them back to us so quickly and did not even take us up on offering to pay the cost. We would rent here again if we were vacationing in the area.

The house was mostly as listed but the large eating area was on a screened porch and there was no way to make it cool enough for all of us to eat together. The eat in kitchen with the a/c only has a small table seating 4. The house is also old and needs updating seriously. One of the air conditioning vents was leaking when we arrived and there was a large wet spot in the carpet in one of the upstairs bedrooms. And the cleaning service did a terrible job. There were grimy handprints on the front door, coffee grounds still in the coffee pot and a dirty toilet brush in one of the bathrooms. Plus the house was very musty. It hit you every time you opened the front door. The positives are the beds were comfortable and it was very nicely decorated.

The house was plenty big for 8 adults and 2 kids! The play kitchen and babies was a huge hit with the grandkids, they kept themselves content for hours. The Trolley stop is just across the street and is just under a mile walk to the beach. The only thing that would have been better is if the pool would have been included in the cost. There is a separate fee to use that. Other than that, we had a fantastic time!!

Lovely house with great beds for our guests! We had many family style dinners on the porch, ate outside often, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Excellent communication throughout the rental experience.

House was well located. It was a short walk to the beach which gave our grandchildren the freedom to enjoy Bethany Beach. House had a well stocked kitchen, large rooms and was clean. We enjoyed to porch, front deck and outside shower. It was easy to get to the beach either by walking, taking the trolley or driving. The resident parking pass gave you additional parking availability. Bethany Beach is a wonderful family destination.

The pictures on this site don't do this house justice. The house was incredibly clean and spacious. We loved the sunroom! So perfect for two families to share. A short walk to the beach and a cute playground for young children at the corner. It was so easy to get to the beach that we never even made it to the pool. We can't wait to go again next year!
