THE PROPERTIES: With plenty of space in an ideal location, Maisons de Luxe combines a large two-story home with a stylish two-story cottage. Family, friends, or wedding guests will appreciate being together yet apart in this smart setting. If you need less space than Maisons de Luxe offers, each property may be rented separately. GRAND MAISON (The Main House): Just beyond the staircase, an open concept living room and kitchen will excite you. Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in a comfortably furnished home, you will enjoy entertaining guests at Grand Maison. An indoor-outdoor living space spills onto the covered gazebo and saline pool. Swim in the sunshine, lounge by the pool, or keep an eye on the kiddos from the shaded lanai…the options are endless. The first floor of Grand Maison also includes an ensuite king bedroom and a convenient half bath. The second floor includes three ensuite bedrooms. The twin bedroom with ensuite bath and vaulted ceiling is a charming space for your children. The other two bedrooms have ensuite baths with walk in showers, bedside tables, lamps, and natural light. This is the Key West lifestyle you have dreamed about. PETITE MAISON (The Cottage): Your vacation begins on the second floor of this cottage with an inverted floorplan. A second-floor open concept living room peers into the petite yet mighty kitchen. The living room’s French doors open out to a comfortably furnished covered veranda. Enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing with a cocktail in the tropical breezes. On the first floor you will find two beautiful king ensuite bedrooms as well as a stackable washer and dryer. This unique home’s mix of white walls, wood accents and stylish art, will help you appreciate the Key West vibe. BED CONFIGURATION: Grand Maison has four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV. The first-floor king bedroom is perfect for family members who prefer single floor accommodations. There are 3 equally beautiful bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has two twin beds (cannot be joined together) and the other two bedrooms have king beds. Petite Maison has two king bedrooms with ensuite baths on the first floor. When rented together, Maisons de Luxe has a total of 6 bedrooms. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Grand Maison offers a private saline pool with water feature surrounded by sunshine, palm trees and lounge chairs. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. A comfortably furnished outdoor gazebo and gas grill are available just steps outside the double sliding glass doors. Enjoy the covered front porch and second floor balcony. Petite Maison offers a second floor comfortably furnished covered veranda. When rented together, you can enjoy all the amenities at Maisons de Luxe! PARKING: There is parking for two cars however, from this convenient location, you may find yourself touring Key West on foot. LOCATION: The homes of Maisons de Luxe are located on Duval Street and an adjacent Lane. Both homes are on the southern end of Duval Street near cafes and night clubs. You can walk to many attractions including the Southernmost Point and the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry- no cats. We rented both properties and it was perfect. We consisted of grandparents, three sets of parents and two sets of cousins-four years old and younger. The houses and pool provided us with a great base. The location gave us everything else. There were so many food, drink and entertainment options that we could walk to. We will be back.

This property has everything you could ever imagine. Our group of 5 couples had plenty of space-both houses were rented. Each room had a comfortable king size bed with its own bathroom. We hired a private chef one evening and they had ample space and fully stocked kitchen to make a fabulous meal. The deck and pool area were our favorite place to hang. From check in to check out, the rental property Hostoric Key West Vacations were wonderful and accommodating. We hope to be back! Don’t miss out on this beautiful historic home on Duval. It’s close to everything and all the tourists attractions are mostly walking distance.

This is a excellent rental property. Key features are a bathroom for each bedroom, location and all amenities function properly. Clean and well kept, the location allows you to walk to most areas of interest. Parking is limited to two spaces. That could be a problem for large parties that drive vice fly, Key West

This was the perfect property, location and layout for a group of 12 people to celebrate a recent engagement. The home was just as beautiful as the online listing and even better in person!
While we had hoped to be able to check in a little sooner than 4pm, the process itself was seamless and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

This was the 2nd time we rented Maisons de Luxe, and once again, it did not disappoint. The house was immaculate when we arrived and our group of 12 (6 couples) had plenty of room to move around, and also have quiet time if we needed it. The pool and patio were used everyday. There are just a couple of things that we noticed need some improvement. First, the WIFI throughout the house is very weak and spotty. The main 2nd floor bedroom TV would not connect at all. The management company was SUPER helpful and sent someone over to add a booster, which did help, however after they left, we could still only utilize a few channels of the TV. Some of this may be due to how confusing the TV remote and the TV provider make it to access channels. The only other item was that the bed pillows in the main front 2nd floor bedroom need refreshing. They don't have much fluff left in them. (Can't speak for the other rooms). Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely go back again. Thank you!

Perfect location, all rooms have their own bathroom, the outdoor space is great, I could go on and on. The management company was extremely helpful with holding bags and making the check in and out process very easy.

Everything was top notch and it was concierge style treatment. I can't say enough positive things about the property and being in one of the best spots on Duval. One example of outstanding service was a few family members had to do some remote work. At one point the Wi-Fi failed. Within 1 hour it was fully restored and functioning at speeds needed to complete work needs. It was ideal for our very large family vacation and we will be returning.

The house and cottage are in excellent condition and the setup is perfect for a large group. It would be a great choice in any location. So it gets even better that it’s right at the end of Duval Street for an easy walk or trolley ride to food, drink, or activities. Check in was very professional and easy. Sit on the front porch and people watch or sit in privacy by the small pool. The only negative would also apply to any rental in this part of Key West. At night you may hear people heading home from bars and in the early morning hear the wild roosters doing their wake up call. Again, this is the same for any place in this area and overall the house has good sound proofing. I would stay here again.

The home is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, impeccably CLEAN, and ideally located. They thought of everything. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you will need. Bathrooms were stocked with the necessities. They even supply the things you might forget when packing like sunscreen & umbrellas for Florida’s unexpected rain showers. We have stayed in Key West several times over the years. We always rent a house with a pool. This was by far the best property we have ever stayed in. The location on Duval Street was great and had a wonderful proximity to everything and yet it was not too close to the noisy bars as it is close to the Southernmost point, and yet an easy walk (about 1 mile) or bike ride to Mallory Square. We even enjoyed sitting on the front porch to people watch on New Year's Eve!The house itself had recently been completely renovated. Everything was [perfect, from the brand new kitchen appliances, to the great floor plan. The kitchen has an island that seats 8 which opens to a living room which can seat just as many. This living area flows into a wall to wall sliding glass door which opens to a wonderful covered outdoor seating area adjacent to the pool with plenty of beach chairs/lounge chairs to relax by the heated pool. Since there were 12 of us, we also rented the smaller house which was laid out nicely as well and backed to the pool. There was a nice private fence which separated the houses from the street, and yet connected them to each other. I cannot think of a single thing that could be better! We definitely will look to stay in this house our next visit to Key West.

We booked both houses 6 BR 61/2 baths. Each Br had their own bath. The 2BR House that is separated by a courtyard and small pool was perfect for two couples that wanted to get some privacy during the 5 days with its own full kitchen. The main house was the perfect house with 3 King BR and a Br with two Doubles. The House is just brilliant and a great flow as you come in off Duvall down the hallway to the kitchen and sitting room and sliding double doors to the outdoor deck and pool area. The Mgmt Company was great to work with as we wanted to do a surprise party for my daughter and needed to check i. early for some decorating. We hired a Concierge to help us gather all the fun decorations and Historic Key West provided a key to the Concierge so she could get in and also let the caterer i. early to set up so when we could check in officially, the house was ready and the surprise came off without a hitch. Annie and Susan aim to please. This was our first rental experience with them and we will return for sure. Well done Historic Key West. The family trip was a rousing success.
