The property was quite fine for its price. I really liked that their reception is 24/7 and they responded to my message after 12 am. Staff was friendly and welcoming. For its accessibility and price it was pretty well.
There was a bad smell from the bathroom ventilation for which my score is lower.

Location is ok. Near to a supermarket and commercial area.
Don't expect friendly customer service. You're in Bulgaria, and the experience is different!

Good location with town down the road
No kettle
Shower - head doesn't attach to wall and curtain is finicky. Curtains should be abandoned for doors.
A/C ineffective.
