About this condo rental
Situated in South Pasadena, this attractive condo for $178 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A beautiful tree house cottage in a very quiet little village just north of LA. We are a 5 minute walk to the Gold Line Metro which can take you to Union Station, the Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center and the beach as well as numerous other sought after destinations in and around Los Angeles and Hollywood. We are right off of the famous and historic Route 66 where the original Fair Oaks Pharmacy and Soda fountain sits since 1905. We are about 2 miles to the Rose Parade starting point and float line-up and the Rose Bowl. We have a nice selection of restaurants, in our little town, and even our own Irish pub for imbibing your favorite beverage or to enjoy some live entertainment. Dodger stadium is a short distance by car or ride-share and is right next to Chinatown. Neighboring Pasadena is of course, a whole 'nother world of foodies paradise and wonderland of things to do.

We went to the Rose Bowl and Parade and this place was perfectly located to be out of the hubub but close enough for easy access to all of the festivities. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The sheets were silky soft. The kitchen was updated and cute and just what we needed for a couple of days on the go.

Description and photos are accurate. Clean, comfortable, secure and convenient. Michelle is a wonderful host. This was my second time here as a solo traveler. For 3 weeks it was my home away from home while visiting family and friends. Having your own washer and dryer is an extra plus. The location is perfect in historic S.Pasadena and very walkable to great restaurants, shops, coffee houses and the train. I plan to book again next year.

This Vrbo was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and an Irish pub. It was everything advertised and more. Very clean, beautiful accessories and everything we needed. Michelle was easy to reach and very helpful. South Pasadena is a beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and so were the accommodations. King bed, very comfortable, washer/dryer, well supplied kitchen , off street parking!!! Would stay again… absolutely!

Property is above a garage behind a lovely house in a pleasant neighborhood. Photos very accurate and lots of updates like great bedroom closet with interior lights! Easy walk to great restaurants. Great communication with hosts.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The rental was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The vacation unit is located within walking distance to the main street area of South Pasadena with a variety of local restaurants and shops, such a lovely area.

Gem in Pasadena
We had a lovely time and hope to return. Charming one bedroom apartment was the perfect place to stay during our visit. We enjoyed nearby restaurants that were within a short walk (2 blocks). Heirloom was perfect for breakfast. Thank you!

This apartment is freeway and light rail close in a great neighborhood. The apartment was welcoming and immaculate. In addition to a full kitchen, there is a really good mattress, soft towels and a mighty fine shower. There is also an outside balcony where you can sit and have morning coffee.

We had a very nice 3-night stay in the apartment. Being located so close to the Gold Line light rail station was very convenient for us, as we did not have a car. We particularly appreciated the adjustable and ample bedside lighting. Since the weather turned a bit chilly while there, the heater in the bathroom was also appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and newer appliances. The bottle of wine left in the refrigerator was a nice find upon our arrival. And the TV & wifi worked great.
Michelle was very responsive and helpful when we had a problem with the door lock.
We would definitely recommend the apartment, especially for those without a car. We hope to return soon.

Perfect for our getaway
We stayed for four nights in late February for a brief sun break from our Seattle home. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We took advantage of the short five-minute walk to the stop for the light rail to downtown L.A. Cute restaurants and antique shops also within walking distance. We’re glad we found this VRBO!

This is a five star property in every way. The attention to detail is above and beyond- the kitchen is well stocked, there are extra towels, the bed linens luxurious, and the feeling is spacious, light, and bright. All the check in information is equally detailed, and the communication from Michelle and Kenny was spot on. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location was perfect for us. We have found our place when in Pasadena! Thank you both for a great stay!!
