Helpful staff but rooms could be cleaner

Staff were helpful. Common area is nice.

It wasn’t the cleanest, pubic hair on the toilet, dirty pillow cases, bathroom needed a good scrub. Its not clear on the description that there is no toilet door, it’s just curtains. Location isn’t great, it’s a bit far from the main part of the city. Breakfast was poor, as a watch out its not scrambled egg it’s cold egg mayo.

quiet and relaxed hostel, not super social

Hostel was really nice, felt like a hotel and everything was really clean. staff were friendly.

the dorms were quite small and the girls bathroom was a floor below, not the most social hostel

Very good

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable bed. AC was perfect. Cozy atmosphere. Quiet.

The crapper wasn't clean. And the toilet place is extremely small.

Excellent value and a comfortable stay in a surprisingly stylish environment. Recommended!

This is a bit like Dr Who's Tardis – it's much bigger on the inside than it appears! In particular there is a very nice courtyard/eating area hidden from street view and the food is much better than average hostel food. The cleaning staff work hard and it's quite stylish. I extended my stay because the bed was so comfortable. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was a bit limited but you could order more if you pay for it (and Vientiane has some really terrific coffee/bakeries to explore!). They might need a few more showers since, although clean, the ones they have take a bit of a hammering from the sheer numbers of residents. It's a 10 min walk from the centre of town which might not suit everyone but was fine for me.

One of my best sleeping in this trip

The bed is really comfortable and I slept well there. Bathroom is out of the dorm room which is good, you won’t disturb roommates if you get up earlier. Room and bathroom are clean and tidy. Breakfast is free. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. Not far from everything.

We stayed in a private room and the beds were EXTREMELY comfy. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom didn't have a door, only a curtain separating it from the bedroom. This meant there was little privacy. Was relatively expensive for Laos.

very good hostel!

the beds in the dormitory are very comfortable, the ac is good and the cafe is very chill. the breakfast is very much appreciated and the staff is very kind.

the shower/bathroom are a bit small and not always clean. you can’t put your whole bag pack in the locker.

One of my favourite hostel stays

Great stay, modern decor, very clean, nice breakfast, tall beds offering good intimacy. Really really enjoyed chilling in the café part of the hostel.

No complaints. Note that they don’t have very competitive prices for busses.

The rooms were good, however, there are no windows to open. Even though there is an aircon in every room, it does get stuffy. Depending on the location of the room, it can be quite noisy because the music and voices from downstairs travel and echo through the staircase.

The hostel/accommodation was out of thise world so clean I can genuinely recommend.

Very good

The bunk was comfortable and had good privacy.Bedding and pillow very nice. Air con worked well in crowded small dorm.

The photo of the dorm made it look much larger than reality. There was another dorm room which was empty. They could have spread people out over the two dorms ibut kept us jmmed in one small room. Rubbish was not cleared frequently enough n women's bathroom so was overflowing. Lockers are too small to store much in.

perfect from start to finish

this hostel is beautiful, room was great so comfy, clean, quiet and the breakfast was amazing, the staff were brilliant and so helpful and kind. we loved it so much here we came back and stayed again and both times went perfectly we enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant for food in the evening was delicious, one of the best meals we’ve had in our travels!

Great stay, comfy beds

Very comfy beds with curtains, clean bathrooms, nice staff and tasty breakfast (Toast with Egg and Bacon, vegetarian version with salad was also available). The cafe downstairs is very cute.

No board or space to put phone or other small items in your bed.

Great place for layover in Vientiene

Super clean and confortable, the mattress was really nice and comfy. The breakfast is also good, and the serve decent food. Everything is new and has a good location near the main bus station, 8 min walk from the morning market. The staff is also very friendly although sometimes it is complicated to communicate with them.

Bedroom was very clean, spacious, comfy, staff were great, breakfast was delicious but we didn’t get our free fruit which was offered on menu, only negative really on a great stay, would definitely go back again, brilliant hostel!

Nice hostel with great staff

Staff were great and really accommodating. they let us have an early breakfast which was super tasty and helped us print our vietnam visas. really recommend

Breakfast, bed and cleaness

At night, I have to leave my motorcycle key at the reception. I filled up my tank just before I come to the hostel. When I was about to leave, my tank is nearly empty. My kickstand was also broken.😞

Nice hostel with good facilities. Evething is clean and it is near the city center. Cafe downstairs is very nice but doesn't really have vegatarian options.
