Comfortable rooms, comfortable bed. Has work desk with stool, and coffee table. Plenty of lights in with different lighting configurations.
Good food at the attached restaurant.
Location is good for wandering around or eating, although many local restaurants only open in the evening during the week.
only a few minor things.
Low water pressure in the shower and the controls are backwards, so when you think you should be getting hot you're not.
Placement of the outlets is slightly awkward and not really convenient for using a computer or charging items, but you can make it work. Only one side table for the bed.
Some nights the music from the night market is a bit loud.

First night in Laos, arriving from a 17h air travel. I stayed just 1 night as a necessary stop to get some rest. The hotel is in center of town, easy to walk around and close to all you need (resto, ATM, night market, food stalls,...). And the rooms are spacious and with good airco, so I for sure was comfortable after my travel. Concerning the price, I believe it is the price you pay in the capital for the type of comfort.
Breakfast certainly was good as well.

Friendly service minded staff , good breakfast and diner care and the hotel is very nicely situated near the Mekong river .

Good location, large room, friendly staff.
The bed was very uncomfortable (we could feel the mattress springs).
