Location across night market. Good breakfast.
Boring room. Everything was gray, floor, ceiling, walls, window blinds.
Our corner room was noisy. Traffic all night.

We have stayed at Riva many times now, because it is so convenient and good value.
The breakfasts are great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
We had hoped to be looking over the Mekong River but didn't really have much of a view.
