Beautiful villa in Marbella (Elviria) with sea view 1 km from the beach of Nikki beach, the hotel Don Carlos and the Marriott and casanis beach with outdoor pool and a beautiful garden not overlooked.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms with double bed (10 people) 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge) and an outdoor Argentina barbecue and gas hob. There are 2 indoor lounges, 1 with open fire and 1 outdoor lounge, 1 indoor dining room and 2 outdoor dining rooms.
There is an alarm inside and outside.
Nearby restaurants and food stores (800 meters).
Possibility of massage in nearby hotels or at home.

This is a really lovely villa on a great sized plot in a popular yet quiet location close to lots of facilities including supermarkets, bars and restaurants (15 mins walk) and the sea (25 mins walk). Check-in and checkout was very flexible which meant we could spend our last day in the villa prior to an evening flight home.Some points for improvement:Much of the crockery is chipped and in need of replacementNo locks on bathroom or toilet doorsLots of small tiles missing from the poolThe villa is quite cluttered and in need of a clear out (so many used candles littered around)In need of a spring clean. We washed the outdoor cushions. The vacuum cleaner was dirty and ineffective.Some of the kitchen units are badly worn, chipped and dated.The TV system is complicated with wires everywhere!Despite the above faults which would be easy to rectify, we had a great stay. It’s a really lovely villa in beautiful grounds.Recommend day trips to Marbella old town, Puerto Banus (to be seen with the posers!) and Ronda.

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa in Elviria. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, set in stunning surroundings, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. There was a small issue with the WiFi when we arrived, but it was sorted incredibly quickly, which we really appreciated. The grounds person was also so lovely and helpful, adding to the overall experience. A truly well-equipped villa in a gorgeous location – we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Elvira for Christmas and New Years. Our host, Françoise, was very welcoming, excellent at responding to communication, and ensured that we had a lovely stay. The house was superb with all of the essentials needed to make it feel like a home for our stay. The location was perfect as we were only a short drive from a local supermarket as well as the beach. For me, the highlight of my stay was the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. I would highly recommend this villa.
