Yes I recommend

Nice historic house, room perfect, kitchen ok with sufficient utensils to manage basic cooking. Comfortable, quiet, interesting. I reached late and arrangements were made so I could take the room outside the opening hours of the office, which is situated about 300 meters away in a coffee shop. The staff is friendly and being there feels homely

There is some confusion about breakfast - breakfast can be taken with an additional charge at the coffeeshop/ office 300 meters away.

Excellent place to stay in Brno

Our flat was located on a very quiet street within walking distance to the Reception desk. Location is very good - few blocks from bus and tram stop and a pleasent 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Breakfast is delicious (buffet style) and the hosts are wonderful. You can communicate in English and German with them. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Brno and explore nearby villages to visit caves and castles. Brno itself is a beautiful place to visit.

An amazing place to stay

A really great place to stay. We arrived by train, just outside the station catch tram 4 going to the right, after 10 minutes or so it does a sharp right which is where you get off. The owners also have a Pension which you reach first, to pick up keys and have breakfast (7-9, 8-9 at weekends) which is also really good and varied. The house is impecable and full of surprises, as well as the common spaces there's also a garden, which we didn't visit. 7 guest rooms in total. As with the rest of the house the room was decorated to a high standard including a desk and good Internet access. Quiet location. Would definitely return, and it would be interesting to stay in their Pension if it's refurbished to this high a standard.

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Check in was a bit late at 16.00, we couldn't get in early, so we left our bags in the station left luggage. We're travelling for 2 months and don't bother unpacking fully, but we noticed that while there were hooks to hang coats, but no wardrobe or drawers in our room.

The receptionis was really nice. The hotel lok really good. Ti was East to get to the hotel from train station. Théby have everything that is needed.

There were spiders and spiderwebs. Thats the oblý think i didnt like

An elegant holiday

The Villa was very elegant and cozy,furnished with all antique furniture. The apartment (more modern) was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the accessories, both for the kitchen and the bathroom. In particular, the kitchen was complete with dishes, cups and glasses and it was even possible to make coffee and tea since it was already provided by the staff! Also convenient was the location very close to the tram stop that takes you in the city center in 10 Min. All very nice!

The only problem was the breakfast that, although it was included in the price, we could not use it due to incompatibility of schedules: it would have been more convenient to have a wider time range instead of only one hour early in the morning. And for that matter it would have been more convenient to have breakfast directly in the villa and not in the bar 300 Mt away. But from the photos it looked like a very good breakfast. 😅

Spacious appartement in a calm part of Brno.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the size of the room.

I was missing a washing machine. Also the check-in process seemed a bit clumsy.

Superb

The whole enterior is great. Like an old villa. It gives a great mood. Besides, the room is modern and well equipped! The breakfast was satisfying (also would be the best to have it in the building, not separated)

The wall is super thin (or the neighbours were deaf). We could hear their television like it would be in our room 🙁 It went all day and until 11pm so it did not help to have a rest.

Everything, it is an wonderfully villa. Private parking at a good cost, spaces where you can stay with your coffee, very clean, so cozy. Very good taste.

Rooms of two could be bigger.

Par excellence !

Par excellence ! The villa is exceptionnel, clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. A small garden and private parking are at your disposition and the breakfast in the family establisment, a short walk away, is delicious as well as copious. Only good words to say, I will be going back next year !

Our stay was comfortable and meets our expectations.

The host was very kind, she also drived me to the hospital once. The breakfast was also very good.

The bed could have been a little bit harder. It was a little bit soft.

Very good

The communication was good and friendly, the building was beautiful.

Smoking is allowed on balconies, which unfortunately meant we had to keep our windows shut as smoke was coming into our apartment.

Everything was perfect. Very clean 22min walk to center or 3min walk to tram station(3stops to center 3min). Parking big and spacefull also safe behind closed doors. Kitchen well equiped. Bathroom clean free soap. beadroom cosy bed. nice to sleep in. Big wardrobe. Kitchen table big for 4 people. 2 tv one in bedroom one in living room. Everything was so clean and nice when in Brno we will only stay here. Also towels were switched regulary and room cleaned and the owner even give us some desserts. PERFECT PLACE 10/10
