The location of the property is perfect, easily accessible to the city centre and also very quiet at night to relax. The place was clean and it had all necessary things one would need for a short stay.
The checkout time of 10am is too early. It's not very practical to ask a guest to leave a property at 10am especially on a weekend when others offer 12 noon checkout. Please improve on this.

Just a small thing. I didn't understand the earlier check-in right away…
When we got to the apartment and in the kitchen there weren't forks and knives just spoons, and only one teaspoon. So we ate with the spoons, but next day by our request, they brought us.
The mengmet don't answers meseges but they really doing everything you ask.

Sehr schöne Lage, da in der nähe Parks waren und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war auch in der nähe. Es gab auch einen kleinen privaten Supermarkt um die Ecke. Das Bett war groß und der Fernseher auch.
Leider fiel regelmäßig das Wifi aus, aber beim YouTube am Fernesehr waren die Auswirkungen davon nicht stark spürbar.

Pěkně nachystaný pokoj a vybavená kuchyň. Oceňuji snadný přístup do budovy a celkovou komunikaci a hotelem.
V koupelně smrděly odpady a pokaždé když nahoře někdo spláchnul, měli jsme pocit, že to padá na nás, zřejmě nějaký problém s odpady. Divné zvuky celou noc, spalo se nám špatně. Nevyspali jsme se. Mikrovlnka svítí úplně šíleně naproti posteli, což je během noci velmi nepříjemné.
