The apartment was comfortable and very well located, with easy connection by tramway to the University and to downtown. The check-in process was smooth and the relation quality-price very good.
There was a couple of jars with ground coffee (from previous guests?), but no coffee maker in sight (no moka pot, French press, drip coffee maker, ...), there was only an electric kettle. This was not a big issue anyway, and the lack of a coffee maker was not an unfulfilled promise.

Nice apartment with all of the equipment that I was looking for.
The cleaning was poor. I’m not a picky person but things like vacuuming the floors and making sure that no stains are visual are fundamental cleaning practise in my opinion.
Not ok with dirty floors, bread crumbs on the table, dirty mirror in the bathroom and stains on the bed sheets etc.
