Convenient, quiet, value for money

Nice location. Convenient, everything's there

Minor. We arrived at night in the dark and it was not immediately clear where the appartments were. Once you know where it is it is very clear. Maybe a sentence on the site that you can see the name of the appartments on the door might help?

Well located appartment with a worse than expected equipment and a very tight car park

A great location, very close to the city centre and yet, quite a calm area at night time. Very clean apartment and the whole building. Plenty of room inside the apartment and comfortable beds, with nice towels provided.

It was unacceptable to have 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people spending 5 days at the apartment. There was no spare paper provided and we had to buy our own. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The owner is selling wine, yet, there wasn't a single set of wine glasses provided, but a handful of completely different glasses, which again, in such a famous wine region isn't acceptable. The frying pan was with one handle missing, so difficult to use. The car park wasn't anywhere close to fit my expectations. It was an extremely tight underground car park that required manoeuvring at the entrance and leaving with any longer than a small city car. There was no coffee machine, which nowadays is a must and it is not a piece of costly equipment. The owner wrote that is expecting 10 stars rating, but despite the car park which isn't possible to amend, he could easily earn 9 stars if did such small investments in the basic kitchen equipment and provided spare toilet paper... which sounds like a joke, while it wasn't funny for us.

Great location for short term stay, overall good accommodation

It was easy to collect keys on arrival, we just had to call the host. All the info was also sent before the arrival and the check-in of guests was possible online. Locations was great, close to main station and city center.

At least one of the beds was squeaking a bit loud.

We will definitely choose another place to stay next time in Brno.

The owner was friendly and helpful, the property key collection was explained at arrival.

The car entrance to the underground garage is very narrow - for the novice driver could be a bit problem to drive in. The door frame at bathroom was loose and almost fell out. The toilet door could not be closed without exerting strong force. All the furniture and room equipment looks like the cheapest stuff installed by unqualified workers. There was an equipped kitchen with cups, pots, kettle and microwave owen, but no single tea bag or instant coffee available - you need to bring your own. The hotel uses its own web check-in/check-out system, so you have to re-enter all your personal data from Booking.com twice.

the great response from the host and he was supportive all the time with fast reply and was checking us all the time if we need any help , he was great help in the location, self check in, the location of apartment was quiet good near from the city center with a lot of walking sights to enjoy hanging around , parking for our car was great feature for this apartment

Very functional apartment that met all our requirements

Large apartment with excellent kitchen, seating and beds. Bathroom was fine though water took a good while to get warm.

Great location. Very comunicative owner- everything well discribed. Appartment with big space, quiet neighborhood.

Need better cleaning and new linen- this looks very old and used, not even changed.
