About this house rental
Fabulous opportunity to stay close to everything yet away from it all on a quiet canal cul-de-sac! 10-15 walk to Vanderbilt beach (Ritz Carlton) and short drive to Wiggins Pass. Easy close access to fine dining, shopping & grocery too. Enjoy spacious living perfect for extended family with two bedrooms with king size beds, one with a queen and the 4th with 2 full size beds. Kitchen is complete and features stainless appliances.
Please note that all living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on are the 2nd level. Primary suite and 3rd full bath are on the 3rd level. Please ensure you are okay with stairs with this setup. Also, the salt water pool is on the ground level requiring stairs to access from the main living areas.
Ground level includes a garage. Please note since this is a personal property, there are owner items stored in the garage often including a car. Therefore you may not be able to park inside the garage. There is space for 4 cars in the driveway.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours must be observed if/while outdoors after 10PM (local noise ordinance)

This was by far the most well appointed rental we’ve ever had! Great location: on Vanderbilt Bay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Cleanliness and comfort with all the amenities you would want for three weeks on the water. Outstanding master suite! Owner supplied quality bikes, paddle boards, pool toys, and more. Even dropped off a counter-top ice maker during our stay! I would highly highly recommend this property. The hosts were available at any time by text which was nice as well.

The House was truly amazing. It was spotless! It was fully stocked with ever necessity and some. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could think of including the Ninja and Magic bullet! The owners have thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable and even reached out to us numerous times during our stay! The pool was amazing and my youngest spent most his time on the dock fishing. It was a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. I would highly recommend staying here to any of my friends and family! Thank you Nicole!
