We have never stayed in a place with such beautiful, panoramic views of the gulf, absolutely stunning. The decor is very tasteful and condo unit very clean. We would highly recommend Tom from TomCap as a local driver that the condo unit recommended. Only comment: Our complex unit by the gulf was totally dark in the morning when we left. Would recommend putting in outdoor lighting or maybe lights on the palm trees in the middle of the circle.

We had a wonderful stay at unit 23 in the tower. The pictures accurately depict our experience, and being near the beach was fantastic! The building was secure, requiring a key to enter, which was reassuring. The unit was immaculately clean, and the modern renovations were tastefully designed. The kitchen was well-organized, and all pots, pans, and plates were spotless. There are so many positive things to say about our stay, but I'll leave it at that. Thank you, and I hope this review helps you if you're considering staying at this property.

We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the spring. The property is wonderful and the room is beautiful only steps from the most beautiful beach in FL. Upon check in Charles (24 hr security) was outstanding. He started off by introducing himself and helping us enter the building. Giving us an immediate feeling of comfort. Charles and his staff were always available for tips, tricks, helpful hand or just a smile or silly comment. If we are ever on the fence on staying at a different location the security at this place is INCREDIBLE and would have us staying here again. Also the beach service for chairs is top notch! Very friendly, respectful and helpful bunch of young men. Property manager is quick to respond and I just can't say enough how much we loved our stay.

This was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in and I absolutely loved the way it was decorated! The kitchen had great stock and organization, and there were planets of towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. The beds were all so comfortable it made our stay even better, loved the location of walking out of our condo and being right on the beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

It’s our fourth year to enjoy a week at Palm Bay Club; our second consecutive stay at unit 23. This unit is awesome with some well planned upgrades year over year. Continuing, the realization that every box is checked at the Palm Bay has kept us loyal and planning immediately at the end of another great week! GM France and this team have elevated the experience including now reducing the unauthorized facility access with great gates for pedestrians and vehicles. This upgrade was an unexpected value add to our party. Bravo to France and his team across all departments. From Checkin to Checkout, exceptional service and attention to details! Thank you.

one of your receptionists told my wife that she looks sad when she returned the keys. this says it all!we are deeply impressed with the overall professionalism, service quality and friendliness of all the staff ( security staff, cleaning incl the lady who vacuumed the tower entrance every single day, the beach personnel, the reception)the unit we had was flawless and super clean! one thing on top: how you prepare the beach every day is fantastic and unique. the palm trees on the way to the beach do their own!we arrived safely in europe and are filled with the best of impressions.thank you all so much. we will be back!!

Lived our stay at this condo. The views were awesome & sunsets beautiful. Staff & maintenance were great! The paved palm tree walk way is beautiful too. Lived the decor & laundry was convenient. Wish the price didn't double for the same time next year or we'd be coming bsck.

Condo was decorated very nice. Kitchen remodel great. Floor hallway from elevator was a little rough since it was being painted and re carpeted although no carpeting the week we were there. Property management needs to step up pest control. Found a 2" spider waiting for us in the hallway between entrance door and kitchen and a number of large millipedes in the bedrooms.

Third, the check out instructions stated to remove the garbage but there were zero directions as to where and apparently once the office closes at 5 nobody responds to messages. Overall we had a great trip and loved the actual property but a few small improvements could make it less stressful for out of towners trying to relax.

The Property was Great! The condo looks out to the beach and ocean, so amazing! Kitchen is not stocked with any condiments. So you will need to purchase everything you need to be able to cook! Washing machine and dryer are on the same floor right next to unit. We had so much fun in siesta key! There is a trolley that will pick you up and drive you like 5mins or so to the shops and restaurants! That is helpful! Great family place!

Room and view were great. Problems were one elevator was not working all week (front desk stated a part was back ordered). For the price I find it ridiculous we have to empty the garbages or be fined. Too much reserved parking that is never used. Front desk over booked grill areas and gave conflicting rules of renting the grill space. Security people are great and helpful. Front desk people are indifferent to concerns.

The place was clean and in the best location. Our only complaint would be the second bathroom. There was a shower door missing so they just hung a shower curtain. It would be nice if this would have been fixed. Other than that the place was perfect and we would stay again!

We stayed here for Spring Break and could not have been more pleased. We've stayed in Siesta before but never at Palm Bay before now and we plan to make this our Spring Break location for years to come. The beach access is perfect and the condo was spacious and layed out very well. Furnishings are beautiful and opening the windows to the let the ocean breeze in was an extra bonus. Easy access to the stairs and laundry - which is great to not have to wait on the elevator. Would happily stay again!

Unit 23 was very clean and comfortable. The office staff wasn't very helpful and didn't tell us about the pool and hot tub across the street. We found out the night before we left from another visitor there which was disappointing. It would have been nice if they would give you that information when you check in.
