About this villa rental
Located in North Myrtle Beach, this attractive villa for $525 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Palmetto Dream has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, sleeps 20 Approximately 4000 sq. ft! Welcome to Palmetto Dream our newest vacation rental property with 8 bedrooms. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen (2 fridges), dining, and living area. The kitchen has new utensils, new glasses, new towels oven mitts. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch Sony TV's and blue ray DVD players and cable boxes with a DVR. There's HS internet. All the bedrooms have wood flooring and the other area's have tile! There is a master on the first floor with a balcony facing the Ocean it has a spa tub and separate shower. The other bedroom down has a king bed and another full bath. There are 4 king bedrooms upstairs with 3 of the balconies facing the ocean! The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room (sleeps 4 in each room). There are tv's and dvd players in all bedrooms. There is a new full size LG front loading washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed: a crib, high chair, packnplays, stroller, etc.There is an outdoor grilling area with 5 grills. There is a nice pool and hot tub! You will love the Villa! There are only 12 units in the building We have a couple who takes care of the villa. We do not use a cleaning or linen service. We use the same linens that we use in our personal home. The couple who clean them do an excellent job. We try to provide you with items that will make your vacation easier so when you arrive you can relax, go to the beach or whatever you choose to do. We have lots of baby items for your use such as: a full size crib, 2 packnplays, a high chair, booster seats, baby swing, exersaucer, stroller, etc... If you need something for a baby that is not there please let us know, we have 6 grandchildren that are very young so we totally understand. We also provide beach chairs and towels. We have 8 chairs and 12 beach towels for your use. We do not provide beach umbrellas. You would need to bring your own. Tents are no longer allowed on the beach. We put a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and put out a roll or paper towels as well as trash bags so you will have some to use until you have time to buy more. We do provide hand soap in each bathroom as well as dish soap. There are usually coffee filters, some spices, that we leave for your use. There are 2 refrigerators in each villa as well as 2 coffee makers, 2 blenders, lots of dishes and silverware, a pancake griddle, a waffle maker, lots of cooking items, and utensils. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have hd tv's as well as hd cable boxes in each living area one of them is a dvr for recording shows. There is wifi which has a secure line so the password is given to you before you arrive. There are books and dvd's for you use as well as games. My husband and I are looking forward to making your Palmetto Dream stay a reality. If there is an issue, we are here to take care of it right away. We strive to make your vacation experience as relaxing and carefree as possible. Parking: We will provide 4 parking passes. this is the maximum number we are allowed by the HOA. There are no motorcycles or trailers allowed in the parking garage.

We came in for family time My husband & I with 4 adult children, their spouses & 7 grandchildren. The condo was perfectly clean with plenty of space for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals. We were very pleased with our stay & are already planning to return the next time we all can get together

This was the perfect place for a large group. Everyone easily had their own space. The kitchen was huge (with a bonus second refrigerator) and well stocked. Having 6 king size beds was perfect. Everything was just as listed. Our host was quick to respond to questions and made everything so easy. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend some light maintenance be done to enhance the atmosphere. Light over dining table has numerous blown bulbs as does the livingroom track lights. Master bedroom lamp does not work and all cabinets could used some attention with bumpers and possibly adjusting slides! Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

One block from the beach, right down the street from everything. Kitchen stocked with emerging you need. Beach chairs, towels, you name it, its there. For 13 people, we had More Than Enough space, beds, bathrooms. Close enough to the action bur far enough to have a peaceful night sleep. Thank you for providing your home to us to make our vacation a success!

We loved our stay in this spacious villa! We traveled with 12 adults and it was great for every couple to have their own room! The rooms are spacious and we loved the king beds! The second entertaining living area gave the adult kids a place to game while we could enjoy a movie. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Having two refrigerators for our large family was a must! The beach chairs, beach towels and wagons were so thoughtful and helpful! The best part was that we got to bring our fur babies, who always travel with us! We have found our “go-to” place! The host was very prompt with all responses! We highly recommend! Thank you!

Miscommunication about cleaning so showed up to it not being done. Cleaned it ourselves and got sheets/towels late Saturday evening.
Property manager is very good with communication and made things right with a partial refund. Promised an edible arrangement that never came.
It was just disappointing that many of the basic upkeep things that we mentioned last year had not been addressed and even though we mentioned some new things at the beginning of our stay, they were not taken care of (broken leg on a chair upstairs, broken ceiling fan, missing and super sticky cabinet doors, front door badly misaligned to the point of it blowing open unless we had the deadbolt on at all times). Toward the end of our stay the doorknob to our patio kept coming off in my hand, owner was great about that, sent someone out immediately to fix it the next day. While they were there my cousin asked about front door and they were able to make it better, but we only had 2 days left at that point.
Bottom line is that the owner is super nice but our recommendation is that some money into the place for upkeep is in order. Maybe stay there for a week off season and see all the things that need repair?
Overall this is a fantastic property for proximity to beach and accommodating a large family. We really enjoyed each other for our two weeks!

We were all impressed with the place. The rooms were large, modern and well furnished. I loved the bed in the main suite and slept like a baby every night. We were a large family with grandkids and the close access to the beach was huge. We cooked many nights and the kitchen was well equipped plus the grills were a big plus. We enjoyed the stay, Very nice condo. The only problem is that the condo was , full of fruit flies, or gnats. We Also had problem with the down stair and up stair working properly. But our overall stay was great and we will stay again. Thank you for Lindsey sharing your home with us.

We had three family’s staying in this condo and it was more then enough room. We had a fruit fly issue when we arrived but the owner was VERY quick to handle the issue. Location is great and the beach beautiful.

The condo was perfect for our family—it was very clean and inviting, especially the spacious accommodations and arrangement of the bedrooms. Any minor issues we had were promptly and successfully addressed by the owners.

We scheduled this property rental for a golf outing for a group of (12) men. There were (8) bedrooms and plenty of beds for all attending to have their own bed and in most cases their own bedroom. There was plenty of room for gathering in two living room areas. The kitchen area was also plenty large enough to accomodate all of us. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. We were less than a block from the ocean and it was a very easy walk. We will look to book this property again for future trips.
