The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The room was charming, comfortable, and well-sized, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the breakfast team was particularly hospitable and attentive, making each morning a pleasant experience.
There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. I had expected my water bottle to be refilled daily and needed to visit reception to have this done. The television in my room was not working; although I reported the issue to the night staff, it was not resolved during my stay. My room telephone also did not work initially, but this was promptly fixed once reported. I noticed some dust on parts of the desk, and additional lighting in the room would have made the space feel brighter and more inviting. On one occasion, I also had to request toilet paper and a shower mat, which I would have expected to be replenished during routine housekeeping.
