La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, ideale sia per girare l'isola in tutta comodità sia per raggiungere in breve tempo Pigadia. A pochissimi passi si ha accesso alla splendida baia di Kastelia, una spiaggia tranquilla, poco frequentata, con un'acqua limpida e meravigliosa per gli amanti dello snorkeling.
Dall'hotel si gode di una vista dal balcone spettacolare. La camera, sebbene un po' datata, si è rivelata molto confortevole e completa di tutto il necessario: un comodo armadio, un grande frigorifero e un bollitore. Il bagno, pur essendo piccolo, è molto funzionale e la doccia ha un getto potente con acqua sempre calda.
Un plauso va all'ottima pulizia: la camera veniva riordinata ogni giorno con il cambio puntuale degli asciugamani. Infine, il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.
Buona struttura ma con margini di miglioramento su alcuni servizi.
L’hotel ha un ottimo potenziale, ma risente del fatto di essere un po' datato. Un consiglio utile per il futuro sarebbe quello di sostituire i materassi, attualmente sottili e vecchio stile, con modelli più alti in lattice per un comfort moderno. Anche la colazione beneficerebbe di una maggiore varietà, essendo ora essenziale.
La gestione della spiaggia è l'aspetto che richiede più attenzione. Il prezzo di 25 euro per ombrellone e sdraio è alto; suggerisco di offrire una tariffa convenzionata più favorevole per chi soggiorna in hotel. Inoltre, lo staff dovrebbe controllare le prenotazioni: molti ospiti occupavano la prima fila già dalla sera precedente lasciando gli asciugamani, una pratica scorretta che andrebbe vietata per garantire a tutti la possibilità di prenotare al mattino.

Alle Kommunikation im Vorfeld zum Aufenthalt, der Empfang, sämtliche Unterstützung in der Logistik und mit praktischen Hinweisen während des Aufenthalts sowie die Herzlichkeit des Eigentümerpaares - alles war sehr erfreulich und könnte ich mir nicht besser vorstellen. Auch Minas ("Mike"), der fast immer da ist, um einen Kaffee oder ein Yoghurt Meli zwischendurch zuzubereiten, prägt das positiv-familiäre Erlebnis. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Bucht, die auch bei stärkerem Wind auf der restlichen Insel windgeschützt ist.

The location is beautiful with a great room overlooking the water
Sunbeds should be free. Charging hotel guests I think is wrong. Shower was not up to standard for a room of that price and needs to be remodelled.
Staff aren’t as welcoming as one would like
