Great for walks throughout the year. Just 16 minutes to US Bank Stadium, Home of the 2018 Super Bowl! The neighborhood includes coffee shops, Sebastians Joes Ice Cream, Lake Harriet, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Local Grocers, etc. 30 Day Minimum Lease, but your stay does not have to be for the full lease term(consult with owner)..Sorry, no pets..

Truly enjoyed staying at Marvin’s apartment. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. Location was convenient to downtown and the airport. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely property, very clean, modern, and well furnished. It is tucked into a neighborhood close restaurants and small shops. I look forward to staying there on my future trips to see my Minneapolis family.

The owner only provided you with one set of keys. For a 2 bedroom place-with several people coming and going-it was tough to coordinate with only one set of keys. Don’t be fooled-the washer/dryer combo only washes 2 items at a time. The person above was home 99% of the time and you could hear every move she made-super annoying. The place had a great location with classy finishes (granite etc) but because of the above neighbor etc-I wouldn’t rent again.
