Welcome to Unit 1211 in Tower 3 at Edgewater Beach Resort, one of Panama City Beach's premier full-service beachfront resorts. This spacious penthouse-style condo combines incredible Gulf views, generous indoor living space, and an extraordinary 600-square-foot private open-air deck.
With three bedrooms, multiple living and sleeping areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to Edgewater's extensive resort amenities, Unit 1211 is designed for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Panama City Beach has to offer.
Tower 3 is equipped with a fire sprinkler system and has been renovated to Fire Marshal specifications.
As of March 1, 2025, guests also receive complimentary access to the resort's tennis, pickleball, and fitness facilities.

– Parking passes must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times.
🔑 MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Edgewater Beach Resort Association rules require the responsible party to be 25 years of age or older, unless staying with a parent or guardian who is also occupying the condo throughout the rental period.
The responsible party must be available throughout the stay. Reservations obtained under false pretenses may result in forfeiture of payment and denial of check-in or removal from the property.

Great view, great location & fun resort. The downside is the elevators seem to always have drama. One was always down so staying very high up at this resort is risky. The condo itself is nice but very used & dated. Cooktop burners don’t work very well, light don’t work very well. I tried to switch light bulbs & lamps seem to have a short or something. Pans are on their last leg from overuse. Matress was very broken down. For the price I would expect more upkeep.

very roomy condo for us and our kids. place is older but nice. we loved the location in pcb, easy to get around front beach or go to back beach for faster travel. we enjoyed the ease of parking and getting in and out of Edgewater. The resort was not very crowded and plenty of room for chairs at the pool. there are also several pools to choose from. Chairs at the beach are provided by host, but they are pretty far from condo, but nice nonetheless. we would definitely recommend this condo and would book again for our group. The only other downside, but is normal for every penthouse/high floor condo, the water pressure at certain times was not great. Also, something very ncie, owner has tons of extra box fans, blankets, bedding and so forth for you to use on your stay. the other thing that was nice, if you have ever stayed in pcb condo, ants and hvacs can be a problem, we didnt see one ant or bug and the hvac instructions given to us kept the condo very nice and cooled off perfectly.

The location was perfect, it was great to have a restaurant on site, the beach service was excellent. Sean and Marquad (?) were absolutely the best. The area was very clean and everyone was friendly. The ocean view was beautiful. Definitely would come back!

Property was beautiful. I grew up here and brought my family to see my home town. Only 3 stars because we did laundry and didnt realize the tub of the washer was sour. Our clothes are horrendous and we had to bag them up. Going to have to find a laundry mat. We were loading our vehicle to leave and our door code was shut off. This was 1hr and half before checkout. Thankfully son was still inside to let us in because phones and purse was on the counter. We would have been in a pickle. Overall great stay but now all we have is dirty stinky clothes. Didnt contact host cause it was to close to leaving and we would be in the same boat anyway. Would not stay again.
