また利用したいです。

部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。食器類も一通り揃っていて綺麗でした。必要な物はほぼあり良かったです。

Shame about the lack of sound proofing

Great location, good value, self contained

The property is a duplex with a common wall, you can hear everything the neighbours are doing, it’s just the luck of the draw with who you get, we had four young people that rolled home and made a racket between 1.00 and 3.00 in the morning, I had to get out of bed and knock loudly on their door and ask the to keep the noise down, so if you are there just to sleep and eat to get ready to ski the next day you could find your stay a nightmare, I do understand this is out of the control of management, but it still made our stay unpleasant.

Near the convenience store but the nearest is Lawson about 30min to and fro walking

Very good

We love the easy check in and out, the facility is clean, simple and complete with everything you need.

The only confusing thing is the parking facility since we are not sure how to park properly so that it won't obstruct the road or cause inconvenience to others.

Would certainly recommend and go back.

Team managing this property were great, made access on arrival simple and straight forward. Able to take us from bus station to property and also on check out, plus put on a shuttle service on Tuesday and Friday to local supermarket so no real need for a car at all. Also, Alpine Chalet on the ski field shuttle bus route for most Hakuba fields so made it so simple to get to chosen field each day. Would say that it had pretty basic cooking facilities so would plan on simple meals as not a lot of space to store food, either fresh or needing fridge/freezer.

My only issue with the property was the thin walls between/with the adjoining chalet, you can hear pretty much everything they say and if they were loud, or played music loud, it was pretty much like it was in your chalet. We had a group next to us for a few days that were very, very loud.

overall it was a great. the accommodation was big enough for a family of six. the kitchen, toilet and bathroom was neat.

there is a door that connects to the other room rented by other and there is no way to lock the door from our side which is kinda scary knowing that your next door are strangers.

The stay was good. We have friends in the area so we had plenty of things to do outside of the house

The location The access to a kitchen, refrigerator, Microwave, flatware and a couch

Odd layout for light switches, they are outside the room. The beds were passable, the linen clean, but not that comfortable. (I have a back issue so that may be why) The place does need some attention, broken shelves in the refrigerator makes me nervous that I may have to pay for that when I didn't do it or that if I put something on it and it breaks from existing cracks that I would be responsible. The TV is a bit small but usable, access to other programming is limited. The chairs for the dining room table need attention. The seat on one had screws falling out because the press wood base was stripped.

great powder days

location, size, kitchen size, drier appears to be vented outside so clothes dry properly.

lighting was very dim. power wasn’t stable, running the stove and microwave would trip the breaker and the TV didn’t have a good selection only local channels. floors could use a sanding found many splinters.

They have a clean room, with a nice view and facility is already in there.

Quiet, easy walking distance to the pubs. Peaceful

Location is good and the staff at the property.

The pictures on the site were not of the chalet I got. Also, I chose the option “pay ar property” and they made me pay in advance in a Japanese web-site to not lose my reservation (noting that it was non-refundable, so I would be charged anyway). This was a bad experience... Beds are not comfortable and there is no acoustic insulation. So, it was possible to hear everything that was being done in one bedroom from the other bedroom. Even walking inside the chalet was loud enough to be heard from inside the chalet.
