About this condo rental
Nestled in Siesta Beach, this lovely condo for $444 per night is a great option for your next break. This second floor spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom bay front condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a seven night minimum stay required for rental of this unit, no exceptions. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our three bedroom units sleep a maximum of eight people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, one guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the third front bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, plus there is a twin sofa bed in the unit. All bedrooms are equipped with 24" wall mounted flat screen TV's, while the living room has a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a walk- in shower and the master bathroom also has a walk- in shower with a shower seat for convenience. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. This unit has a large terrace overlooking the Bay with breathtaking views.

Wonderful space for having all of our family together. We stayed in our own condo (#132) and our family was able to stay here. The outdoor eating area was delightful for gathering for family meals as well as watching the sunrise. The great room was perfect for sitting and talking, as well as the dining room table when it was too hot to eat outside. Everything was very nice. Guests will enjoy the balconies and the outside porch. A lovely condo to gather as a family! Could use more coffee cups and the toaster does not work, but everything else was good!

Based on the description, we did not know that both bathrooms were located in bedrooms. If we knew this, we would not have booked this condo. Also, the balcony is beautiful but does not have any lights so it could not be used when the sun went down. Super disappointing. We did leave an umbrella and digger so the next renters could enjoy it on the beach.

We have been coming to Palm Bay for 10 years now and each time we are amazed by the environment and the amenities provided. Unit 329 has a superb terrace and an exceptional view but for the price , the layout could be improved (see furniture on the terrace and kitchen utensils more varied)

We had a great time at the Palm Bay Club. Our room was fantastic, very spacious and clean. The patio area was great to have to ourselves. We spent lots of time up there, just enjoying the sights. Overall, the property was satisfactory. However, I had to walk to the office to address a few issues. The fan in the bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom had a broken ceiling fan. The fan lights were hanging by wires causing the fan to wobble. The wobble in the fan caused the broken lights hanging by wires to hit the fan causing a consistent noise though out the night if you wished to use the fan....which was needed as it was warm. The fan in the living room was out of balance and wobbled when on a high speed.
Finally, the two small frying pans were pretty pathetic. The front office provided two additional frying pans as a temporary fix to the problem. I do not know if previous renters have stolen the cookware from the unit, but the owners need to update cookware for future renters. This was not a cheap property to rent and for the money, I felt these problems should have been addressed prior to my arrival. On a positive note, the common area in the unit was spacious and clean. The office personnel were very helpful by quickly addressing the issues and a special "shout-out" to Jesus for taking the time to modify the fan to allow us to use the fan in the bedroom.

Very nice condo. Great location on the bay side right next to the pool. Easy walk to the beach. The deck overlooking the pool and the bay was a great place to sip a morning coffee or share drinks in the evening. Teenagers and young adults used the deck to sunbath during the day.

We loved the outdoor patio and view! Great location by pool and dock. We asked for a few extra towels and the front desk declined stating we are expected to launder our own. At almost $500 a night I think a few extra towels is reasonable. The condo furniture was dirty and outdated. I like how other condos lock entrances to and from the beach. The security workers were super friendly! The front desk people were not.

Bob and I arrived at the Palm Bay Club on Jan. 3, 2021. We were greeted by the friendly faces in the office. Our condo wasn’t quite ready, housekeeping was still getting our place ready. While we waited, we quickly ran to the grocery store. When we got back to the condo, it was very clean and very well organized and well stocked with dishes, pots, pan, glassware, utensils, etc. The description of the property was EVERYTHING we had anticipated, the location, the layout, the amenities, etc were exceptional. Again, the property was very clean and very well maintained. We had a couple of questions re: the tv and internet and maintenance came over right away and helped. The front office personnel were always helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend and we have recommended the Palm Bay Club to family members. We have already reserved our space for next year at the PBC. Bob enjoyed playing golf almost everyday & I enjoyed the pickleball courts. It was nice to meet a group of people that played pball every morning at 9:00. Due to COVID, we really didn’t go out to eat much, but when we did go out, we enjoyed the Toasted Mango, The Turtle Club, The Cracked Egg & Miguels. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and the weather was amazing!!! SOOOOO glad to get out of the frigid weather back in WI...

We were very happy with our stay at Bayside. The condo was spacious enough for a family of 7 and it has a great outdoor patio overlooking the bay. The view can't be beat. My kids were thrilled that we were close to the pool and the hot tub. The walk to the beach takes about 5-10 minutes. The property was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
