"Ocean Front Villa 430" at Captain's Walk is located in Building #2 on the 1st floor, overlooking the pool and ocean. No need to use the elevator; this condo is 6 steps down to the walkway to the pool and another "quick minute" walk over the Board Walk to the beach. Come back to the Villa for a cold drink any time you want. Call the children in lunch from your patio; it's just that convenient. Plus I have provided 4 Beach towels for your convenience. This 2 bedroom 2 Bath, ocean front villa, is located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes and a short walk the the General Store and Pickleball and Tennis Courts and Alexander's Restaurant. The villa sleeps 5 in beds. New owners, 2018, have added New living room furniture, new front loader washer and dryer, new microwave, freshened, painted, and added new bedding, quilted comforters, bed pillows and a fun beachy decor. 2nd bedroom updated 2019 with new furniture, mattress, and bedding. The Kitchen is totally renovated with granite countertops, custom backsplash, and all stainless steel appliances. A new full size front loaded washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen for your convenience. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a 32 inch TV. The Master Bath has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a private bath and glassed in shower. Bedroom #2 has one twin bed and a full bed and a TV. The adjoining bath to Bedroom #2 is also updated with granite countertop and premium tile work in the shower/tub. area. The sliding glass door from the Living Room or the Master Bedroom leads to your private patio, complete with high top table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges. The Captain's Walk Community Grills are just a few steps away for the perfect beach cookout with 2 new propane grills. Our oceanfront villa is ready and perfect for your next family vacation!!!

My wife and oldest daughter have October birthdays this week and it was the perfect spot to celebrate. Jan was a great and accommodating host and quick to respond to any questions. Accurate description to the location. We loved the quick walk to the pool where we could watch our oldest from the patio. The beach was just around the corner and was never crowded. There were a few amenities we didn’t expect that maybe were left behind but they were helpful. A couple of beach chairs and a cooler. We had a date night while my mom watched the kids with a quick walk to Alexander’s which was the best meal we had on our trip. We rented bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters which is also a short walk from the property. I highly recommend Jan’s property and hope to stay here again.

This location has provided such joy to my family five years in a row and god willing will stay here several more in future. The location as advertised doesn’t say enough. Not only is it convenient to pool and beach, it’s centrally located to Hilton head. The owner is very concerned with her guests having a stress free vacation with her communication. I had a minor situation with the shower head on first day. Her representative had it resolved the very next morning. Just aren’t enough superlative comments can be said about this location. Thank You JAN!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay and among my favorite parts about the unit was being on the first floor and being able to see the ocean and also have the convenience to walk down a few steps from the balcony to access the pool and beach.

Although the weather was not great , We loved our stay and Captains Walk..the location could not be better. The best part of the Condo is Jan. She was very helpful, flexible, pleasant and understanding. We expect to stay in her unit next year!!!

Can't possibly say enough positive things about the property manager or property itself. It is as advertised and its location to the pool, beach, Palmetto dunes amenities and Shelter Cove are everything that you can ask for. 6 Stars for the cleanliness of the property and communication with the Property manager. Already booked for later this year will be referring to friends!

Great 2 week vacation in Captian’s Walk 430. This was our third in this ground floor condo and we love its condition and location. We love sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The pool is only a few steps from the lanai with the beach just beyond the pool. Most mornings we walk to the General Store for breakfast and on occasion walk up the beach to The Dune House beach cafe for a cocktail and one of their famous fish tacos. Being located in the center of Hilton Head Island, makes any shopping or exploring fast and easy. Has to be one of the best vacation rentals on the island. Already booked with Jan for next year.

My husband and I along with friends, stayed a week at this condo. Wonderful that it was on first floor looking over pool. Easy access to the beach. Location of condo is wonderful and convenient to everything HH has to offer. Condo was comfortable and clean but could use some updating in kitchen and bathrooms. There were a couple of slats on the plantation shutters that are brook and need to be fixed. Jan was easy to work with and responded to any inquiries promptly. However, all in all, I would stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed in this villa for a week after Christmas and we had a wonderful stay. This condo is in a great location. It is very close to the Palmetto Dunes General store which is one of our favorite spots. The condo is also in wonderful condition. Everything was spotless. I will definitely look to rent this condo again.

This condo is absolutely in a great location in Palmetto Dunes. You walk right off your balcony to the heated pool in the Fall or a few more feet to the beach. Hear the ocean from inside your condo. The condo was very nicely decorated, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

The condo we stayed at was just perfect, right on the beach and super nice! We had minor issues that Jan took care of immediately (a broken toilet seat, day-long-construction on our condo that was not anticipated). But all was attended to, and we received a credit for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again, and we were very thankful for the get away.

This is the place to stay in Palmetto Dunes. Beautifully decorated, a very clean and well-furnished condo in a great location with fabulous views and direct access to a heated pool and beach. Great golf courses, restaurants, a general store and tennis & pickleball courts are all within the Palmetto Dunes complex and are very close to condo. Jan was an amazing host, quick to respond to my questions and made sure our stay went well. Her recommendations for restaurants were excellent! Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was perfect for our family. We had enough room and space to make it feel more like a home. The location was incredible as well. It is steps from the pool and a very close to the beach entrance. We will definitely search this location when we come back to the beautiful Hilton Head Island.

We always try to stay at captains walk each time we visit HHI. This year. Unit 430 has tipped the scale. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in, the manager is wonderful with great communication. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother vacation rental process.

This was our third trip to HHI and so far this property was by far the best. This property was spectacular, extremely clean, kitchen was nicely stocked, so close to the pool and beach access. Inside and outside were very well maintained. The owner was wonderful to work with, very personable and professional. Thanks Jan! I wish we were still there!
