The hotel is amazing, beuatiful, spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and landmarks.
Breakfast was good, but for a hotel of this standard, we felt that it could have been better. We also missed having a gym at the hotel, or alternatively an arrangement with a nearby fitness center for guests.

I put 4 stars because they lost 2of my tshirts in the laundry.
It was the last day, I didn’t open the very nice package they send me and I notice in Venice. I call them and they say I didn’t send them. It was very frustrating. I wait until the last day to continue traveling with clean clothes and I continue with less clothes .

Breakfast was great. Location was OK but far from any Hop On Hop Off bus stops.
Would have liked another chair in the room as one of us had to sit on the bed. It took 4 days to finally got a second chair.
Have dinner there once only as they charged 10 Euros for a plain glass of water
