The property is excellently located in a tiny Cotswold village, very handy to all the sights. While there is just the pub in the actual village, there are many amenities just a few minutes’ drive away. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed and a decent bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast was tasty and well presented. The owner was a lovely man, and looked after our room daily. The value for money is fantastic!
The decor and fittings are a little dated, and the room is too small to open more than one large suitcase on the bed only at a time. Breakfast is only offered between 8-9am, but was very nice.

Pub with annexe,Room decor and furnishings a masterpiece of design and coordination so Swallows Nest was a great room to stay in.Breakfast absolutely superb,We arrived late so host stayed up to wait for us.A lovely old pub /guest house.Value fantastic.Would return if we were holidaying in England again.
More than we expected so no complaints whatsoever .

A small room but very clean and well equipped.
Lovely local pub with friendly, welcoming landlord and landlady and great food. Nice breakfast in the morning with good choice and good quality ingredients.
Room was next to the pub loos so there was a bit of noise from the hand drier, but very little so not a problem
