Cosy and warm house in traditional Bulgarian architecture. Friendly staff. Large and well stocked kitchen and dining area. Walking distance to the town center.
Curtains were more for decorative purposes and hardly providing privacy in the room which was on the first floor.

Nice town with beautiful buildings, including the hotel itself.
Good choice of restaurants but breakfast is near impossible.
Staff only came after a phone call.
Kitchen is grubby and neglected.
Koffee ran out and noboddy around to ask.
Very basic and lackluster, even though the building looks nearly new and in great style.
Constant barking dogs everywhere.
