Персоналът на хотела и ресторанта беше изключително любезен, мил и отзивчив. Личеше си положително отношение, старание и желание да бъде удовлетворен клиентът. Мястото около хотела е живописно и красиво.
Местоположението на хотела е в горичка над гробищния парк на Котел. Материалната база е стара и не особено добре поддържана. Леглата бяха изключително неудобни. На целият етаж се носеше силна миризма на дезинфектант. Около 22 ч. се включи някакъв компресор на климатик или вентилация и около час произвеждаше много силен звук, който правеше спането абсолютно невъзможно - буквално цялата стая вибрираше.

Very good place to stay in the mountains. The hotel is out of the town of Kotel but this is kind of a plus. The best part for us was the restaurant of theirs , where we had our meals . The many had enough goodies choices.
The noise from the restaurant kitchen needs to be fixed.

Liniste, racoare, inconjurat de natura. Preturi accesibile la restaurant.
Locatia este greu de gasit dupa adresa de pe Booking. Am intrebat localnici. Drumul pana la proprietate dezastruos, prin padure. Este mai rau decat un drum forestier. Apa calda s-a terminat repede.
