It is almost new and clean
No availability of ramp ( access) for the second floor for handicapped people to move by wheelchair.

The rooms were so spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable! đ
The sandy lagoon was so relaxing, and breakfast had such a great variety of options! đ„°
The check-in process took far too long. Despite requesting an early check-in in advance, we werenât informed that it wouldnât be possible until we actually arrived, which was quite frustrating.

Loved the family suite (room privacy and the two sofa beds for the kids, bathtub, space and dressing area). Staff were very helpful (beach, bar and restaurant ones).
Pool is not big enough, especially that the hotel was only half occupied, and still the pool was kind of crowded. Still, they have a second "quite" pool as alternative.

The accessibility to the beach was denied.
We were told that the reception may or may not mention the beach area to some guests. Depending on what , we donât know.
First visit we enjoyed both the lakes and the beach
