everything, the hotel is very nice and cozy, sparkling clean but the most Important aspect is the service.
Staff and service are beyoooond expectations, really impressed, top notch service, starting from the reception "Mariam" and to the managers which are soo nice and caring to ask and make sure everything is ok, to the restaurant "Mostafa&Alaa", will definitely come back, I found my forever happy go to hotel in gouna

Amazing staff, went above and beyond. Exceptionally clean and centrally located for the Marina, restaurant's and beaches.
As is was the off season some refurbishment works were taking place and it was noisy on occasion but they have to do it at some point!
