Really kind and helpful staff that helped me carry my belongings upstairs and downstairs to and from the room. Good space for a short stay with amenities like hair dryer, kettle, tv.
Comfy bed and really good location close to Bishopsgate.
There is a steep set of stairs right by the entrance that lead to reception but other than that everything was good. Main hotel door and room open by code sent beforehand so keep those noted.

Locks worked well, comfortable bed, spacious room. Fantastic location at the start of Bengala Town and close to the tube.
The bathroom was a little run down and the floor seemed a little dusty.

Good value for a London stay and for our trip the location was ideal. Room was clean with everything needed - the air-conditioning was particularly welcome! Comfortable bed and friendly staff and clear, timely access instructions.
It was all fine but the outside entrance needs sprucing up - could be off-putting for guests, as the rooms are in much better condition

Reasonably spacious room for a budget hotel, with sufficient storage. Mostly clean. Location was convenient to public transport, and there were plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk.
Double mattress was collapsing at the edges so effectively not much bigger than a single, making it challenging for two to share. Tiny bathroom. In particular the shower stall was very small, I was bumping both elbows simultaneously. Bright green light on some fixture in the ceiling (non-working light?) was annoying at night. Some street noise -- not as bad as I expected, the windows blocked a lot of noise, but I wore earplugs anyway. Very dusty above bathroom door frame (otherwise clean enough). Non-potable water in the sink, and the complimentary water bottles were only replaced once during our 3-day stay. Deteriorating furnishings.
Overall I thought it was fair-to-middling value for the price (~90 GBP/night).
