About this apartment rental
This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a spacious elevator to take you to the third floor. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds, with a 38" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The master and guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The lovely spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio with sliding doors allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Unit and property very clean and great amenities. Property is gorgeous. Long walk to the beach within the property and then the beach is wide so good distance. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely rental with updated amenities. Extremely clean but it would have been nice to have towel service. It was nice there were beach towels included. Sadly, the bedrooms were lacking in decent mattresses and pillows. We had to stack 2 or 3 pillows together they were so flat. The mattress was totally worn out and had zero support. We woke up every morning in pain. If they were replaced our experience would have been 5 stars all the way.
