Great appartment within city center

nice and large appartment. fast WiFi. We had a good midweek. Very conveinient location in the city center. host is friendly

Very good

We fully enjoyed our stay there. The host was most helpful, provided with check-in and parking info early. The location is execellent, you can park a car on the street (payable) nearby. There is an restaurant/bar on the first floor of the building. The staff, atmosphere, and drinks are excellent there. It wasn't too noisy for us at nights. The apartment is spacious, with a very large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower space, with towels, slippers, and toiletries all in there. There is an extra bathroom fitted with a washing machine, and dish washing machine, as well. There is no kitchen area in the apartment, but there is a kettle, kitchen utensils, refrigeration, and microwave oven there.

The glass separation wall leading into the bathroom has no safety markings whatsover. Bumps into it are guaranteed.

Amazing location and vibe

Put it simply, we really enjoyed our stay at the Millionaire Suite and it is a case of when (not if) we will come back. My wife and I stayed at the apartment Thursday to Sunday. The apartment is located in Old Riga opposite a pretty cathedral and a short taxi ride from the airport. The apartment is above a really nice bar that does tasty food and has a good vibe. Check in was really easy and honestly it looks even better than the listing pictures. It's really big and could fit another bedroom in there if they wanted it. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and was lovely and warm. The bathroom was huge with free standing bath and separate shower. There's also a washing machine and dish washer if you need it. The apartment is minutes away from some really nice bars and restaurants. We didn't get a taxi during our stay (other than when going to a shooting range) as everything is really close by - even in a snowstorm we managed to walk home. The host was very communicative and thankfully let us keep our bags in the apartment beyond our check out time as our flight left quite late in the day. Yes, you will hear the bar below the apartment until late at night so perhaps if you have a young child the apartment may not be got you but if you're a group of friends or couple who like us may be out for drinks too then you won't notice and the size, location and vibe of the apartment totally outweighs the noise concerns. We can't wait to visit again in the summer and will definitely stay at Millionaire Suite.

The lack of kitchen sink is odd but just means the apartment has even more of a party vibe. The bar downstairs can be loud but honestly just go down for a drink - there's nice cocktails and food plus you get discount from staying at the suite.

Amazing and huge amount apartment with a luxury feel

It is SO spacious! The decor is great and it was a pleasure spending time there. The central heating system is excellent and although it was below freezing temperatures outside, you would never imagine it in this apartment. Staff responded to all queries promptly and we had no issues whilst staying here.

Lovely apartment but owners allow access into the apartment when your out

Overall we were so disappointed. The location is fantastic and on first look the apartment seems amazing, but the service was so bad we would never recommend.

on arriving at the property myself and my partner were extremely happy with, what on first glance, looked to be an amazing apartment right in the centre of RIGA old town. However, we soon found several issues detailed further in this review but the main issue was the realisation that we weren’t the only people accessing, or who had access, to the apartment. When we returned, on more than one occasion, we soon realised things weren’t left where they were when we left earlier on the day. The main confirmation of this was when we returned and the windows were wide open - now we visited in January 2023 in -12 temperatures so we knew it wasn’t us who left them open, not to mention it doesn’t take a genius to know leaving windows open in those climates can cause majors issues to plumping and heating, and of course that’s exactly what happened. Whoever had been in snooping around the apartment left windows, situated directly above radiators, open causing the radiators to burst leading to boiling hot water spurting out and flooding the main room. Obviously we immediately tried contacting the apartment on the three different numbers they gave (none of which were in service or had a location of RIGA). After sending message after message on the booking.com app they eventually responding 40 minutes later saying they would send their “technical guy”. WE had to isolate the radiator ourselves and mop up scorching water from the room with the ONLY 4 towels we were given for the full stay. Eventually come man came up, let himself in with his own key so god only knows how many other people had keys if he, and others had already accessed the property when we were out. He didn’t speak a word of English and attempted to “fix” the pipe. This was all in the early hours of the morning. Eventually my partner asked him to leave as he was making the flood worse. We immediately put towels around the pipe and barricaded the door petrified people were going to come back in. LUCKY WE DID!

Recommend!

Very modern, great location and aesthetic! The host was extremely thoughtful and resourceful and even provided bathrobes and slippers as well as toiletries.

The bedroom was very great and spacious, however the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, other that that it was an amazing experience!

It was ok.

I liked the location, the size of the apartment.

There was coca cola all over the bathrooms ceiling and walls, there was also handprints on the wall. When i sent a message to the host, all she said that she was sorry. I don’t know, but I expected a better attitude.

Thank you . I had very nice birthday party. Owner of the flat let me check in earlier, they decorated the room for my bday with no extra cost .

Fantastic and exceeding the expectations. New favorite place in Riga.

Fantastic clean apartment with tasteful furniture, high windows and magnificent view. Very spacious bathroom with a classy tub and two separated restrooms are create. Easy access to apartment and good location in middle of old town. Friendly host and a good value for money.

Slightly higher quality pillows would be great. Also since already there was a Nespresso machine - then a proper Espresso cups would be appreciated :) Also to further make the quests surprised - some finesse bathroom supplies could help :)

Good stay, few issues

- Nice widescreen TV - Good location, sometimes B Bars below can be noisy though - Very big dining table - Bed was comfortable - Bathroom and shower were very clean

- No instructions for check in, had to contact and wait for answers - No real Kitchen unit, No hot grill or oven, plates washroom was a few meters away - Second toilet had bad smell - Did not offer late check out but did accept to leave luggage for few hours - Could not figure out the light switches, light switches did not correspond to the right lights
