The location is nearby to supermarket. Walking distance to spar, carrefour, and perfect scenery around tbilisi. The owner is so accommodating and easy to communicate and responds so quickly.
Our neighboring room was complaining about our voice and say’s to stay quite. They are also a travelers and we just apologize. As What we know is that the room we rented is a soundproof.

В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Квартира в хорошем состоянии. Квартира чистая, в ней было очень комфортно жить. Хозяйка очень добродушная и доброжелательная.

Местоположение просто отличное, 5 минут до метро Авлабари, тихо вокруг, магазин в 3-х минутах (намного лучше, чем Спар у метро), вид с балкона на Собор и на Мтацминду. Приветливые хозяева, всегда на связи. Самое удачное, это парковка, тут было собственное место прямо под нашим балконом в паркинге, а не вдоль улиц. У нас были раздельные 2 спальни с 2-х местными кроватями, кухня небольшая, но все удобства были, стиралка, холодильник. Регулируемые батареи,т.к мы не любим спать в жаре.
У нас разные стандарты чистоты))) я все сама перемыла, в т.ч посуду и сантехнику. Сантехника, посуда и матрасы требуют обновления. Нам оставили очень старую губку для посуды и использованную тряпку. Супер чистюлям будет не комфортно, но если на пару дней и не готовить, то не критично.

Apartment location is so good. It's in the downtown where is very convince. We can go outside by either metro or bus only by 5-8 minutes walks. The hostess is with a private parking slot for us, that makes our tour outside by driving through car rental more easiler.
Apartment also has facilities for cooking.
The dining room is a composed area with living room and kitchen hence it is very small. When all 3 guests in the area, it is cramped.
Although the apartmentvis is with kitchen facility, we cannot enjoy the cooking as there is no cooking oil and salt available for us.
The beds are extremely soft which are not able to afford an adult's weight, and we always feel to be fallen onto the ground when laid on bed. 😥
