It had beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, in walking distance to shops/restaurants, towels, soaps, wine as a bonus gift, wifi, easy access with key card, organized check in and check out, helpful staff
Small restroom and shower (too difficult to maneuver inside, not good for anyone remotely heavy/large in size), watered-down body soap, mattress was dipping a bit, had to walk up several flights of stairs to get to the rooms

Great location for exploring central Lisboa but on a quiet street.
I didn’t check my messages carefully and did not have check in instructions. Luckily, someone was entering and the staff responded to my message quickly.

Location was good, very central.
No option to store luggage upon check-out! This was only communicated very late. Room wasn't very clean 😕 Communication via WhatsApp was ok, although the cleaning lady doesn't speak English and we didnt see anyone else around.
