Very nice staff, very clean room and public areas, soft mattreses. Fan in the room. Bus stop close by to town centre or Maastricht. Lovely outside seating area with lots of shade.
Nothing I really disliked, but it could really benefit from a few things:
Mattress topper to make 2 singles into a real double bed.
Air-conditioning, it was 30 degrees, and we would have really appreciated it. Summers just keep getting hotter
Top up breakfast items. With a full hour to go before breakfast closed, things like orange juice and tomatos were just removed once empty, rather than replenished. As breakfast essentials, it wouldn't take much effort to keep these topped up?

Room was outdated and poorly ventilated. there was a bad smell. When we checked in and arrived in the room there was a yellow residue in the toilet, so think someone had a wee before we arrived and didnt flush.
Lobby, restaurant and breakfast were wonderful.

Location and the staff was friendly.
The noisy doors and the room was incredibly small.
It was not only the noise but also the vibrations from the doors when they closed.
If you want to sleep in further than 7,00…you shouldn’t book here.
