A nice little hotel in the middle of the brooklyn area of São Paulo. A vibrant, safe feeling spot. Really loved the breakfast which was simple, but plenty of coffee and treats. They also had a omelette station and brought round specialities every day. The staff were helpful and the rooms fairly clean. Never tried the Sauna but would have enjoyed that. Good gym, which again I did not use. Plenty of local bars around. Some with music.
The rooms were not very quiet. From a dog barking all night to a local band playing it was quite noisy in the room. The swimming pool was more like a large bath. Overall the rooms felt like they needed a bit more work.

Location. The location is fantastic for my requirements
Cleanliness, corridor rugs are not quite clean. During meals empty tables were with some leftovers. Reception chairs are very old and not maintained well.
