Great facilities, spacious room, and an excellent location.
The hotel has good facilities and an excellent location, but the service needs significant improvement, especially considering the price.
We were placed in a room facing a construction site, which was very noisy in the morning. Staff also knocked on our door at least twice a day to ask whether we had consumed anything from the minibar. I have stayed in many hotels in Brazil and abroad and have never experienced this before. I asked if they could simply check the minibar at checkout, but they said no and told us to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The whole situation was very strange and inconvenient.
We also requested bathrobes because we were getting ready for a wedding, but were told they were only available for certain room categories. I even offered to pay for them, but the answer was still simply no. There was no effort to offer an alternative or accommodate the request.
I had informed the hotel in advance that our flight would arrive early and requested early check-in. The hotel appeared to be very quiet and far from full, yet we were still charged for it. I did not even bother asking for late checkout and instead paid for an additional night.
Breakfast also needs major improvement.
Overall, the hotel is not flexible or particularly accommodating. The facilities and location are good, but based on the service we received, I honestly do not feel the stay was worth the money.

Esther at the front desk was great! She gave me a warm welcome, a room with a great view and kept a piece of property I lost safe for me. I wish her on anyone who has just gotten off a long flight and just needs a smile and pick up.
