Foi boa e a um valor justo, pretendo voltar.

O banheiro tinha um problema com a descarga do vaso e tambem um vazamento na torneira da pia que gerava um ruido irritante.

Superb

Breakfast is included. The location is in the best area near fancy restaurants and shopping center. Most rooms have a nice balcony. The swimming pool is indoors next to the gym.

Loved the hotel but the room was to tiny for the price.

The TV was huge! Nice shower and nice breakfast. The location is nice, safe.

The room was really small, too tiny space between the bed and walls, we barely could fit our big bags.

Good, but didn't feel safe.

Breakfast was good, as was comfort in room. Position was excellent.

The sliding doors of the balcony would not lock, this concerned me for security. I came back on the first day to find my room door open, nothing was amiss, but this posed big security risks for me. The decoration in the room needing improving, the wall paper was peeling off the wall in the lounge/kitchen area

absolutely overpriced for what you get, not recommend for international travellers who do not speak Portuguese.

the manager was friendly and helpful but the only one able to speak English. the breakfast was excellent.

the room was not clean enough, there was dust all over, the smart tv did not have Netflix or YouTube connection. so few channels were available. I had to ask to change the towels and throw away the rubbish as the cleaner just fixed the bed in a superficial way. not even a free bottle of water in a place where you’d need it to brush your teeth - I had to pay for the one I took - 10 reais. the plugs were not ok for the brasil adapters.

Never return or recommend

The Hotel and the staff are not what one expects for that price. The rooms are not what is shown at Booking .com. The showers are dirty , the cleaning is insufficient. The staff cannot communicate with English speaking Guests because not one person spoke English . I am sorry , that I made this choice, but Booking . com recommended it . I will never recommend or return to this Hotel. Also I was overcharged by your Taxi service on the return trip to the airport.

Disappointing

the location

cleanness, the space in the room, the doors and adapter in the wall was really old overall wasn’t a good value compare to the amount per night

Well located but poorly managed, therefore poor service.

Great location

Extremely difficult to use the elevators (always full, sometimes having to wait for up to 5 elevators cars passing full until I had finally a chance to get in. When I tried to use the stairs, they were blocked by cleaning cars and rollaway beds, breakfast didn’t have a good refill (no juice, no water to drink when I had breakfast). Also got a wrong invoice by mail: I got two rooms for a day and they invoiced one room for the double price.

Location if good and hotel looks nice but quality leaves to be desired.

We had two adjoining rooms, one of them quite large, so we had a lot of space.

While everything looks nice, you can see it is just for show and there is a lot of things not working properly (loose fittings, doors that don’t close properly, leaks). one of the bathrooms had two huge leaks from above to the point of “raining” in our bathroom and getting the floor soaking wet. I got stuck in the lift and although they were working on it, no one ever communicated through the phone in the lift, so I left completely stranded. Some work was done on the water tanks and we were not informed so we run out of water complexity for several hours, unexpectedly. Breakfast was quite limited for that level of hotel.
