Comfortable and relaxed.
Toilet was a bit of an issue. Needed to be cleaned thoroughly and bleach used, as it was somewhat smelly.

Room 17 ok but needs updating - outside very dirty - door mat filthy - garden furniture filthy - cill at bottom of patio door full of filth - bedding very smelly - needs a desk like table - coffee making stuff and kettle on very low chest off drawers! Needs 2 chairs for 2 guests there was only 1 - shower cubicle needs somewhere to put shower gel!
Coffee in boathouse costantly cold. Ordered 2 breakfast ciabbatas waited 15 minutes - asked where were they to be told our order didnt go trough. Extortionate prices for not very well cooked food! The old boathouse for food and drink was perfect before Lakeland took over and ruined everything! All a rip off now aNd bad service
