Breakfast was lovely, self service and food was cooked perfect, The Staff were lovely and welcoming,
No air conditioning in the room, was hard to sleep over the heat

Staff at check-in was good; hotel was clean
Breakfast was not cooked well -- worst of all the hotels we stayed at in Ireland. Eggs way overcooked, had to ask them to try again. Staff at breakfast was brusque, not well trained.

Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Shower was nice. Nice tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were very lucky our room had a door to open out in the morning to leave in more air
Some of the staff were a bit slow to help. Service was also on the slow side
