WiFi not good it didn't have signal in room

Staff was responsive, flexible, and helpful when it came to accommodating us. Close to bus station for those just spending the night in Porto Alegre. Decent breakfast spread.
Some rooms just didn't have wifi which we need for our work and we had to keep switching rooms to find our goldilocks zone where the wifi worked and all of the facilities were up to our standard.

Not as clean as it could be, towels were super thin for example. I requested to change rooms as my original one was in front a huge bus station which made it too noisy (and I was there to run the marathon), which the staff kindly did. Overall, not a great place to stay, but worth its value.
